Thank you. The Denial of the Holy Ghost is the unforgivable sin because it testifies of Jesus the Christ and if we use it, we cannot be led astray by prophets or world leaders. The whole New Testament was written dealing with the corrupt government and apostate church who both crucified our Savior. Paul was not hesitant in calling out the churches who were already apostasicing within 30 years of Christ resurrection. Then John also holds them to account. Sheeple won’t help rule in any kingdom of our Fathers. He’s looking for Lions who look to Him for guidance and courage to do the right things. Thank you for being a rare Lion.

I hope he moves forward with it. We're in a BYU YSA ward. Every testimony meeting a young man, who identified as queer and was a drag queen, would stand at the pulpit and bash the prophet and apostles. He would say how wrong they were and how they were responsible for gay and trans people's mental health. The Stake President, at the time was Christophe Gérard Giraud-Carrier, the new General Authority. In regards to this situation, when he was told, he said, "We have to be careful. We don't want them leaving the church." During this time a young woman in the same ward taught a Sunday School lesson and told everyone she was bisexual, her brother was gay and we all needed to be more loving and tolerant. Again, no one said anything to her. Parents would be shocked if they knew what was going on in some of these YSA wards.

I was hesitant watching this discussion and reading the posts. Thank you. I am so WITH YOU. And "Not today" ... about leaving the church of this... Please never think that way again. Not today, not ever, and most importantly, strengthen your relationship with the big G O D and like you reminded "the comforting guideance of the Holy Ghost"...I personally struggle because I have a real hard time doing nothing, saying nothing, and letting ignorance and even corrupt omnipotent unrighteous dominion run me over. And they talk about follow 'some leaders' into the abyss of unrighteous dominion to Globalism and a One Government Control, a government that we are asked to obediently help create and contribute too so that their gadianton-robber infested corrupt leadership can flourish and then we should follow that one article of faith being subject to these thugs and tyrants. I want to defend my religion and to that goes hand in hand the right to practice my religion and my faith. Know, this struggle does not void the restoration of the Church in this dispensation... it might... just not yet. So help us God!

I'll tell you, from all of the deep diving into the scriptures that I've done, I've come to believe that 1st: We are in the last days 2nd: The antichrist will appear on the scene soon 3rd: That there will be another Judas amongst the first presidency/12 4th: There will be a great division amongst the church 5th: And I can't prove this, but that Judas I mentioned above will be the prophet of the antichrist which causes that great division in the church, leading many away. Let me tell you of a dream that I had recently: I want to tell y'all about a dream I had early 10/28/2023. There was a giant building that could hold everyone on earth. They dug into the earth and on the outside, the part that was up top was all made out of glass. And it was sloping on either side. From the air it looked like a giant eye 👁️ On the inside there were countless stairs leading down. There were highly polished handrails made of either stainless steel or polished silver, I didn't really know. Engraved on the handrails were the names of each religion as well as those who were atheist or agnostic. People from each of those religions would Each grab ahold of their religions handrails and go down the steps to where your churches handrails led. I saw the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints engraved into handrails. I didn't grab the rail, but kept my eye on it and followed it down. It led to a giant conference center with countless rows of seats and enormous balconies full of people already sitting there. The handrails for our church led down to the front to the floor of this conference center and it appeared that almost every member of the church was there. I saw the Antichrist there, but I couldn't see his face. He was standing in front of the worlds entire population. In front of him, on his knees with his hands tied behind his back was the prophet Russell M. Nelson. He shot the prophet in the back of the head and killed him. The prophet was martyred. And then I saw, standing next to the Antichrist with the biggest smile on his face, Elder Oaks. I yelled no and took off running for stairs that were across the room behind the Antichrist, because people were still flooding in behind me but no one was in his stairwell. I was able to escape and I had people looking for me and came across a group of people outside the building that wanted to turn me in to the Antichrist but I fled and found a small group of people who all worship the Lord Jesus Christ and I stayed there with them and they had peace. I found my wife and son amongst their number and everyone was in pure white robes. After I got there I found that they were members of what's called the church of the first born. When I looked into that, it blew my mind. If you haven't studied into that, you really should. Much love and appreciation. I hope you don't lose your faith. Most importantly, we have to follow the Lord. Seek the face of the Lord. I'll bear my testimony here to you of the divinity of Jesus Christ. Many in the church get up on fast and testimony Sunday and say that they know that Jesus lives and that the church is true. They are walking by faith. I know Jesus Christ lives. He will give guidance and show himself to those who seek him, who are sincerely trying to keep his commandments. He is the son of the LIVING God. He is the beginning and the end. The author of our faith and our hope. The only one that can save us. He has all power and can do all things. The ministering of angels is very real. Unlike the Israelites who didn't go up the mountain with Moses to see the Lord, we should make the efforts and we can have a personal relationship with the Savior that no one else will comprehend. The adversary will leave us tired and exhausted. Weary of the persecution. Just know that no matter what, our eternal salvation is worth all that the adversary can throw at us.

MY testimony of The Lord and His restored Church won't be shaken , *but this HAD to come **_from_** somewhere* . I'd HOPED the shift to *WOKE* overtaking BYU wouldn't extend to the heart of The Church , but *S_T_N enters **_in_** wherever he can* and what I'd feared _then_ has CLEARLY come to pass . Well, if Jesus is running the church then he's running in this direction. If Jesus isn't running the church, why are you still in it? You cannot serve two masters right? It's been pretty clear for quite some time the direction the church is going. Stay in the boat and go down with the ship. I don't think you've read the BOM critically or just don't understand it. The BOM has little to do with the Mormon church's doctrines, beliefs, authority or policies.

Joseph Smith was told by the Lord if they completed the Nauvoo House of the Lord he would give them that again. Yet instead of do it the members rebelled and in the end murdered the prophet and his two brothers. It was never given, and the sealed part of the Book of Mormon as well. We were under condemnation since Kirkland. Yes it has already started to be given to the sons of Jacob, who are the blacks in America, Lehi's seed, and in Central and South Africa.

To your point, the Church didn't hire this guy. He was hired by Deseret Management Corporation which is a subsidiary for profit holding company owned by the Church. They do their own hiring as they act independently from the ecclesiastical church. It could very well be Church leadership is not happy about this hiring, and as we seeing there are many in the Church organization who are of questionable faith. Again, DMC did the hiring, not the Church directly.

I don't believe for a minute that there is any difference. I think people need to stop defending the leaders for all the crap happening in the church. Nelson is the captain and should be and is in control of what is happening. As you stated: "He was hired by ......company owned by the church". I am not trying to be contentious but at some point we have to say enough. If the captain can't handle the ship then he should step down and let someone else take the wheel. Part of repentance is becoming active is battling the forces of evil. I have been in this battle since before 1966. The saints did not heed the numerous warnings to protect the Constitution plus getting rid of the Secret combinations, and still do not. When Elder Oaks told us in Conference it was our responsibility to protect the Constitution did you see any of the saints get their families together and watch videos on the Constitution and doing with others to learn how the the Secret combinations were working and joining groups to combat them? Quit trying to assure them the church is on the right track. Do the will of the Father. Do good for your fellowman. Live as Jesus Christ. Do the bare minimum to maintain connection with the church and maintain a Temple Recommend. Live the actual Law of Tithing as outlined in the Scriptures. 10% of your surplus, not 10% of everything you make. Now take it a step further, remember that Jesus Christ was crucified because of the actions of the High Priest when he spoke under the influence of God.

I agree it is our fault on both counts. Had we not trusted in the arm of flesh and treated leaders of the church like idols and looked to the government to save us, had we not traded freedom for security, cared more about pleasing the world than pleasing God, condoned and encouraged sin, we would not be in the mess we are in. Oh my goodness. I totally understand why you said, you would be out. I truly do as I'm in agreement with all you Saud but I do want to suggest this, regardless the road the leaders if the church take, hold fast to the gospel itself. We both know we are warned of secret societies in the BoM. We do not have to abide with the leaders of the church h when thry step outside if the gospel. We don't have to and we should not. We stand by what we know is true. With many things I've seen in the leaders of the church and especially the last 5 yrs and then to find out oresudent Nelson in hus younger yrs was a member if skull and bones but wuth that report. Better to go to your stake president WITH a temple recommend. You can also write a letter if you do not feel satisfied or your stake president can offer suggestions how to communicate with GAs. Even in conference if we do not support a calling, you can disagree and they direct you to your stake president

This does not excuse or justify the "ERROR" or "Mistake", or even the act of "unrighteous dominion" from and within the leaders of the Church. And yet, Jesus is in control of it and uses every corruption and sin in His favor. I asked Him "why do you not replace them with righteous ... ones?". And He said to me (that is "ME", not You): "don't counsel me in this thing". He also said "Don't condemn my prophet".... That was a few years back and till this day I still struggle with the answer a lot, especially the "Don't condemn" part... which comes so easy. But you are right, "He" is in charge. @@3blenders I don't think we have to tear down to build up. I think we can invite people to come to the Savior and not trust in mans covenant paths. He has given us the path all through the Book of Mormon and it is very simple. He even gave us the full Beatitudes again in case we missed it the first time.

This - the acceptance of THIS _PARTICULAR_ SINNER'S _ALTERNATIVES and his stand on "Reproductive Choice" - the KILLING of Our Father's _*_CHILDREN_*_ is a literal DECEPTION of "The very ELECT of God" prophesied for The LAST Days , and NOW I _understand_ WHY Our Lord will need to take His Priesthood BACK at his first appearance at Adam Ondi Amon ahead of his RETURN . This is EVIL infiltration , and on par with the WORST of the "Secret Combinations" we read about in the Book of Mormon , and is just another example of what we see happening to The Lord's FAITHFUL of ANY path ,world wide , from Papal support for leadership "alternate lifestyles" and what they do to little boys to the tide of "Pride" and T-G overtaking modern popular Christianity , world - WIDE . Truly we ARE in the LAST DAYS , and more than focusing on Publicly encouraging The Great Moloch Abomination out of ignorance or blindness , we should - we HOPE - be able to find refuge FROM S_t_nic WOKE lifestyle "alternatives" in our Lord's Church . *1 Nephi **22:23** / For the time speedily shall come that all churches which are built up to get gain, and all those who are built up to get power over the flesh, and those who are built up to become popular in the eyes of the world, and those who seek the lusts of the flesh and the things of the world, and to do all manner of iniquity; yea, in fine, all those who belong to the kingdom of the devil are they who need fear, and tremble, and quake; they are those who must be brought low in the dust; they are those who must be consumed as stubble; and this is according to the words of the prophet.* EITHER this is RUN _AS_ Our Lord's Church , OR IT *ISN'T* . @@chuckintexas When you peel back the layers you'll hopefully see that "the restored church" is only as valid or sustained by the Lord when it teaches His gospel. I could dive deep into each and every doctrine from the time of Joseph and I think most members would be shocked to see the huge gaps that exist. And I mean EVERY single doctrine. The leadership from the time of Brigham has been changing church histories and doctrines. Nephi prophesies in 2 Nephi 28 that in our day doctrines would be intentionally changed, "fine sanctuaries" built up at the expense of the poor, and great pride among the religions of our day.

I guess, the Lord will have to visit me at Home from now on.... Well, and that is a false belief anyway if we think He is only visiting us in the Temple. We don't go to the temple necessarily just to be close to God, but do the work for our ancestors. But that can be done and contributed too in so many other ways. I told my Bishop of his own corruption actually, in a nice way - didn't call it 'corruption' but it was insinuated. He was not happy about it and does not look at me for the time being - He is so guilty and justifying it with "I know I am not a good Bishop, I just try to obey...". Don't get me started on 'obedience', the false whore of all whores that claims that Agency is disobedience, because I chose to question the leaders' unrighteous dominion. Obedient to what and to whom? God only, not even to the interpretations of scripture unless it is interpreted by the Holy Ghost to me directly after careful studying, consideration, and prayer. We don't need anyone to interpret anything to us because each of us can find the truth of all things equally to the Prophet and my Bishop etc..., and even better, because of the direct relationship with have to the BIG THREE Godhood.

Except there's no common consent when the church hires these people.

@@BrendonKing you may well be put on the chopping block, but then the moral culpability is on the people that wrongly ex'd or mistreated you. When we vote 'yea', we are throwing our lot in on a side. There is no not taking a side. For the record, I haven't had the courage yet to raise my hand to oppose in stake conference. I have told several bishops in private, and I tell friends and family in private conversation. I believe that if a significant number of faithful members have the courage to vote 'nay', then God will take care of the rest.

What a great opportunity this actually offers us, to reflect where we stand and where is my own personal relationship with Christ that I seek to follow? Cool experience, hard though.

The only question you need to ask is do you pay a full tithe. Thats the only question that matters.

@@natandjoec Happiness arrived after I understood what was going on and made changes in my life. Short answer is yes... much happier. The truth will set you free... that begins when you are free to think, investigate, question, discover and grow. The church is about obedience, conformity, legalism and the restriction of your own thoughts. Membership and activity in the church is like being in a narcissistic relationship. Its very hard to see from the inside... but once you step away... its very clear. What do you think the consequences would be if you left the church? Do you honestly believe you could leave the church without serious consequences effecting your life and relationships? Are you free? Are you instead a prisoner of "the plan"?

Members who support abortion, anti-family sexual deviancy, and post on social media openly against the brethren still receive temple recommends. As long as they’re a full tithe payer, why hold them to doctrinal standards?

It is all Jesus' Church and He has the only SAY. Except these unrighteous leaders actually believe they act within their power, never mind that it is unrighteous. For sure they don't want to be told by you and I. There is a excommunication and disfellowshipping procedure for folks like us, "shut up and sustain and pay tithe". Caution here, please, not every Bishop or Stake President etc is corrupt. They may be equally troubled by these very same concerns that we have. Just keep in mind, if you speak out too much, it will get you in deeper trouble as a disobedient rebellious opposer to the omnipotence of church leadership, possibly. I sustain them all fully, just not their unrighteous dominion acts. And as such, I acknowledge their humanity interfering with divine callings of the Lord, and everyone makes mistakes, especially I myself do every day, and for that I stand and .... sit! (my disclaimer) May God be kind to all of us and sustain the leaders in the Church and in their righteous dominion.

I'm confused about doctrine that is now against church policy. I can't keep on top of it. How do I teach my grandchildren? How to listen to the Holy Spirit is the answer. How to follow Jesus.

They selected him, I am sure this was neither an accident nor a mistake. We are talking about the top level of communication, not about a random intern. The problem is that in times of social media and the Internet, there is no external vs. internal communication, so members receive contradicting double messaging.

It is useless to give an opinion. It is the "omnipotence factor" that is at play here at their level. Their is nothing that can touch such a person, except God Himself. And He will, at His own time. In the meantime, ride the roller coaster up and down.

The church is organized top down. This hire was done with the explicit condonement by the First Presidency. If there are wolves in the church, they must be in the top Q15.

Unlike the failures of so many other religions throughout time, the LDS Church encourages its members to seek truth and guidance outside of the leadership. Brigham Young said that one of his greatest fears is that the members of the Church would acquiesce their own progress and responsibility to their leaders. We have both a spiritual and temporal duty to stand against all those who seek evil, power, wealth, and control over us.

Facing an increase in "BE HAPPY BE NICE" teaching , and the loss of RELEVANCE to the BATTLE FOR SOULS we are caught up in , I'd say the reasons for loss of these conservative members is pretty CLEAR . Its certainly important to reach out to them where we CAN , but to deny that their reasons are *valid* (I know you're not doing this) is LYING to ourselves _AND TO _*_OTHERS_* . Look - for THESE it is NOT about feeling "Warm and Welcomed" at Church . THESE issues are REAL - and its _TIME_ we communicated the NEED for _LESS_ ""BE HAPPY BE NICE" teaching , and MORE RELEVANCE to The BATTLE for SOULS being waged *RIGHT **_NOW_* .

Sustaining isn't the same as a blanket "yes" to everything said and done, now and in the future. That's just laziness. Matthew wasn't involved in things contrary to the Gospel and the law at the time. Paul and Alma the Younger were visited by an angel and they immediately changed their ways. None of these examples apply here (and before you try to say Paul/Alma might apply, no. He was already working for the Church at Deseret for a few years and he has still held and pushed publicly these same beliefs.)

Not sure why you would judge that I have a problem with the decision. The Church and its leaders were fully aware of Alma the Younger’s past. And my opinion is still the same, our leaders will remove him or anyone they believe isn’t supporting them per covenant’s they have made. If he represents the Church well, then no problem.
