Too bad 'In Living Color' ended in 94. I'd love to have seen Blaine and Antoines' thoughts on Titanic (1997)? Antone - "Ohh I just loved that cute little Leonardo Di Caprios!" Blaine - "Yeah, if only J-Cameron didn't spoil it with that fish thang he finds on board the boat. What has her name? Violet? Tulip? Antoine - "Rose." Blaine - "Mmm... Well I think Leo should have thrown that fish back in the sea." XD!!!
This show was hands down brilliant. It never took itself seriously, and you could almost see the players about to bust out laughing themselves. The beauty of the humour is that we ALL need to learn to laugh at ourselves and our own useless divisions. Everyone can and needs to laugh-it's healthy and contagious!!!
In Living Color still today in 2022, is one of the most groundbreaking shows of all time. It was freedom of speech through comedy at it's best and most creative. To think that it all has gone downhill since then it's jarring.
I love how they always add an "s" onto words lol. Richard Pryor did that in some of his stand-up comedy when he was portraying the character of a gay submarine captain lol. He was like, "Okay mens, gather 'round!"
In Living Color should make a comeback today instead of all these damned reality shows. As far as I am concerned, the whole staff of the show was the best to come out since, the original Saturday Night Live staff. However, Damon Wayons and David Allen Grier sent me thru my chair the first time I saw them doing the gay routine together. - Kudos and thanks to a very talented crew/staff of the entire show. :)
James R They're all here. Just go backwards. This is 4, so it was before this one. You only need to watch three that came before this one. This RU-vidr uploaded all Men on Film skits from I to IV. Die Hard was definitely covered. Blaine ponders why there's so much violence, when the title suggests a "love story".
1:36 is a great example of how great dag is period how he went from laughing at a segment to back to the script all serious i swear he made the show he was the funniest one
It was interesting to see how over the course of the show's run Antoine's accent got more and more articulate. In the end he sounded what me and my friends call "White Woman!" LOL
“Deliverance is a story about love and camping!” “The film Black Stallion is not about Denzel Washington!” 😂😂😂 His little popcorn hat! I miss this show. This was truly the better than Mad TV and SNL (well, SNL AFTER Dan Aykroyd left- because his years with Belushi were GOLDEN).
@@colindong7316 oh yeah we're living in a cancel culture times were everybody is so damn sensitive about everything,I hate this generation with a passion.
