This video is about our mobile welding truck and the functionality that we have built into it in order to allow mobile welding work from it.
This welding van permanently hosts welding gen set that has high-frequency DC TiG and can do Stick welding in DC mode.
Mobile welding van is used for work on different sites including construction sites and we have never had any issue with it despite its long wheelbase.

Could i have a photo of the winch on the front of the welder pls,, i beed something like this for my generators as i cannot get them in my van on my own, i love the idea of using the drill.. great video

Hello young man, I do quite a bit of on farm welding with MMA (Stick) and Mig and have used a small van in the past but now I just use a Ford Ranger pick-up with a trailer if required. You are obviously professionally trained and well equipped. I am not trained but looking to get training and certifed in due course. Also, my videos on welding are a lot less professional too! You have a great channel yuong man so I have subbed because I might learn something from you? All the best Jon.

Hello from Florida. I just bought a smaller van and I am starting a similar business model. How did you first start out? How did you get customers?

Hello Dan, it is really hard one as what worked for me may not work elsewhere. The best advice that I can give you is to start thinking that your line of business is not welding, you are solution to the problem. Get website, get business cards, work out who your ideal customers are and where you can come in the contact with them. Leave your cards in small tool shops plant hire centres and if you drive by construction site do not hesitate to stop and hand your card to site manager. Always ask how people found your business and work on putting more effort that direction. Generally do not be afraid to ask for anything. All of your good effort can be destroyed with one crap job, so do the best you can and always make sure no matter what customer walks away happy. It is hard work, so you just need to be harder.

What Kva is the generator you use ?
