This should have 1 billion hits so healing thank you! I do laser hair and body contouring for 15 years and this is giving me life back literally adding quality years to my life. I bought a yt membership bc of Yoga with Joelle and the motivational dr alllen

It is amazing what can be accomplished in under 15 minutes! I feel calm, more mobile, and a touch stronger. Thank you for this practice and for filming it in such a pretty location.

Such a beautiful class this one. I'd be away and unable to practice for a few days due to an injury and this wee session came as relief to my lower back and glutes which are the culprit here. Thank you so much you beautiful soul🏵🌞🙏

My hips are still complaining but I since you put this one out, it’s a sign that I should work on other parts of my body as well. Working indirectly to help my hips. Felt good doing this practice! Thanks Joëlle 🙏🏼

Great way to end my kickboxing workout! My back was a little tight this morning. Love spending time on my mat with you! Love that big willow tree behind you! Reminds me of my grandmothers house! Namaste.
