The highest I've ever seen from one of those turbos is 630whp and that was with tons of effort and having everything perfect. Frankly 560 is pretty good. You change the turbo and I bet it instantly picks up 100hp at the same boost.

That is absolutely nuts that thing caught on fire as badly as it did and it's still up and making power. I used to have a 1995 Ford Ranger Super 4.0 OHV with the dreaded 4R55E transmission with 134k miles on it and I only paid $500 for it. That thing was immaculate and it would lay an 11 for 75 feet with that 4.0L and a posi. It was 2WD. I loved that truck. It was an extended cab long bed. The LS engine didn't exist back when I owned it, but I would've loved to have swapped even a 4.8 into it with a Tremec 6060.

Im honestly jealous... when i was doing a burnout once i didn't have a fire, i had an explosion, had to replace the hood, every wire, every hose, the radiator and a valve cover cause the pump grenaded

A auto fire suppression system would be cool Like a plastic pipe system that can just be connected to a fire extinguisher to put out a fire Or better. A pump and fluid Reservoir
@@_bizmo_fungus_894 oh... I find features like that kinda cool Plastic could also help cause if the line melts, theres heat and its probably because of a fire and the extinguishing stuff will go out of the melted spot
@@g1expert102 plastic line would be completely useless and incredibly unsafe. Fire suppression systems are not automated you have to pull the release switch and because of that they’re not pressurized all the time. If they were plastic they would just melt making them completely useless then you can say goodbye to your race car
@@g1expert102 they put nozzles in very important places like under the steering wheel pointed at the driver and around the hottest places in the engine bay. In the engine bay plastic lines would never last.
@@_bizmo_fungus_894 They do make automatic suppression systems, either temperature or impact actuated. They do cost more and have some downsides to them, but they could save a life if the driver is unconscious and on fire.

This was a great video as always and I enjoyed it alot and loved it and man westen didn't give up on saving the ranger everybody was yelling get out and westen got out but went back I'm to try to get the hood opened. And that shot of you ripping the grill out was epic. And it's really not a westen video without him tearing something up lol.
