this video is a few months OVERDUE lol I purchased these new jack stands a while back but as always I either didn't have the car or didn't have the time !! the stars finally aligned and this is what happened :)

I've been looking at these for a while now. Glad you gave them a look see. Now that I know they'll support a charger and have specific pinch weld plates, I'll have to get some in the spring. Thanks for putting the video up!! ~Kelly in 🇨🇦

Thanks for making this video. I love the idea of these jacks. I'm only 16 but when I start buying my own crap in a few years I am definitely going to buy these jacks. I like that they reduce the amount of time to do the process which is always nice because it's much safer the quicker you can get this kind of stuff done.

For stability take any pad that is in the lifting cup on your floor jack out. I used this with my safejack and it nearly flipped out from under the car. With no pad the jack goes up and down very solid . Hope this helps anyone that uses these, I really like them so I'm getting another set. P.S. if you get the bag it's just a Husky tool bag but it is perfect to hold two stands.

Awesome. I've seen ads for this a couple times. And wondered about them. Seams really cool. Definitely on my want list now. Looks like a great product. Like that you could just jack it up assemble it and lower the jack leave everything in place change your wheel and move on. Instead of jack up find a good spot for the stand. Then lower and move the jack out of the way and redo again. Might add to my xmas list.

Safe Jack sells adapters for various lift points on cars (Chargers, Challengers, etc). The washer is used on the top bar for the adapter, if the frame or other body panel makes contact with the bar. In other words, all the weight on the lift point should rest on the adapter.

That works when it's a 4 door sedan try this with my 18 1LE I don't think it will fit under the car. But I'd like it to because I want some lol

Every time I watch one of your new videos I end up with wheel/tire envy. Take it from experience (2 videos on my channel) Quick Jacks are tricky. If you get the short version it doesn't reach the front and back notches on the Charger side skirts. While the longer version I think will hit both notches on the pinch weld I don't know that it is long enough to hit the hockey puck in the back and the sub frame in the front. I ended up modifying my QJ because I hated having to have the rubber blocks just right. I'm seriously considering these jacks stands you are detailing.

It seems like it takes a long time to set everything up. They should have that washer piece mounted to the piece top piece of the jack stand so you don't have to worry about it being lined up every time

Yeah I agree that the washer being separate is silly but other than that it's just lining things up, jacking and putting the legs on lol I went slower because I've only done it twice and didn't want to damage anything

The purpose of the washer is not actually how it's shown in the video. The washer is to go under the pad if needed. Some pinch weld have an indentation that will go down too far and rest on the top of the jack (not on the pad like it's supposed to)

The washer goes between the adapter and the stand.

Yes, you definitely put the washer in the wrong place, maybe read the instructions before you make a video!

I think they are rated for 9000 lbs each pin. Honestly the strongest part of the jack lol

Why is the washer not just built in. Find it odd you need center the washer to the jack.

Looks like it is $125(stand) +$19 (pad) for each. That you can get another floor jack. Won’t that be easier and quicker?

I've already talked with my dealer about upcoming allocations lol if I snag that the kitty will likely go and be replaced with someone far less daily driving friendly

I think the washer is to leave a gap to be able to use a bottle neck type jack lol but I understand :) I usually opt for the complicated and different even though I shouldn't always lol

The difference here is that you have to jack the car up and place your stands somewhere else under the car, while this stand is already attached to the jack... lift it up, put in the legs and drop it.. All in one spot.

I suppose it's a void there because theres a bottle jack attachment you can use instead of this floor jack type

It's not being used correctly in the video. It's to go under the pad to shim it up if needed on some cars. The void under is actually for a trolly jack or the bottle jack adapter. It is not meant to be used like shown in the video.
