I would LOVE to see a meal plan and prep video! It would help me with planning lunches. Also thanks for the all the tips and tricks. The Little Snippets of info through out the video Was Extremely helpful. I'm also going to look up about those questions. I have learned about so many things that are helpful and hurtful to your body, that it's just good to go back over it, and do a refresher course on it. Love these videos so much. They just keep getting better and better. :)

Meal planning is the most intimidating to me right now. I'm not sure how to streamline it with preparing meals for my large family. my pots and pans don't hold anymore food each meal. 😆

great refresher for me...I'm getting back on the wagon! I lost 50 a few years back and since having two kids I gotta do it all again! on my way!

Great tips! I use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream all the time and you really can't taste the difference!

Hello . . I am a Christian, a wife, a mom of 6, I home school and love working and chainsawing, spliting wood, shooting guns,riding horses .I used to do cardio, but after I found your Grace Grit I love that because Gods grace is my life's story, anyway I have been lifting weights and I have seen great results and I learned alot about eating from you too.I just wanted to encourage you in the Lord and say you're doing a good job as a Christian wife and mom .I like you because over all you dress modest and talk about God and your love for putting God first in your life .And I read my Bible with my coffee first thing in the morning too.I really liked that about you .Thanks for sharing all your hard work and love for putting your husband and kids over your self .It's alot of work but there's nothing more rewarding than knowing we're in God's will .Have a blessed day .God bless you girl .And you look very nice all your hard work paid off.

I'd love to see a meal prep and plan video! I'd also be interested to hear a bit more about macros. I'm just learning about them and am interested in seeing if they might help me with some fitness goals I have.

What is your opinion on intermittent fasting? From what you said about not going more than 3 hours without eating I would assume you don’t think it’s a great idea. Do you think there is a time for fasting because it seems like there are a lot of good benefits.

I should have worded that better. I mean dinner ideas. I get stuck when it comes to cooking meals that my family will enjoy and are healthy.

Do you have any tips for vegetarians?

So I'm no vegetarian pro, but as long as you are not following a vegan diet, than you can get a ton of protein from things like : nut butters, soy protein powder, greek yogurt, tofu, black beans, grains with added protein in them, eggs(depending on how you feel about that), cheese, oatmeal. Those would be my food suggestions.

Kathryn Vincent that's a great question!!! Thanks for watching this video. I don't have any books per say, but I def recommend the website iifym.com for food, I also recommend learning about the following terms: EPOC, HIIT training benefits. :) just google that and read!
