On3 Turbo 3V Mustang GT Hot Side Pipe Install 

yeah I have been trying to get more videos out but with the holidays and a baby on the way ive been quite busy but hey are you still working on the kit or did you finish it up?

I did finish. I’m doing the remote tune with lito. The weather has been bad so tuning has been slow

I installed a manual boost controller. I have been looking at the electronic to swap and then I saw on the video to tap the turbo and I was like damn… lol

@@thebroplays-games9106 if you can I would get a dyno tune that way you know it’s 100% good for your car

@@thebroplays-games9106 you still have to tap for the manual if I’m not mistaken. I’m not really familiar with the manual ones

No I put stock springs up front with koni yellow adjustable struts and I did a half inch drop with drag springs in the rear also koni tallow adjustable

So it goes factory headers goes underneath the k member then up to the turbo. Then it dumps out the side of the turbo and goes back down. My exhaust dumping out of the bumper doesn’t come with the kit I fabricated it up myself. With the on3 kit it goes back under the k member on the opposite side and the connects back into the pipes after your h or x pipe. This is the best way I can explain it without showing it in a video

@@screamingyeller8853 any way you can make a quick 2-3 minute video showing how the exhaust is dumped out the bumper? Like where it routes to and where it exits the bumper? Preferably showing from above and below the car. Not many videos out there show how to do the 3V bumper exit lol!

It has 147000 miles and a bunch of support mods I have the mccloud rst clutch Ford performance drive shaft fic 1000cc injectors 450lph fuel pump bigger MAF sensor and aem gauges I’m sure there is more I’m missing.

And yes you can still use the stock exhaust but it will get rid of the mid pipe and cats

@@screamingyeller8853 holy shit the amount of hope you just gave me when you said 147k but when you said supporting mods, do you mean valve springs, oil pump, and timing, or is timing not included?

@@isaackellerman3006 everything on the engine is stock. Don’t go over 500 tq though I went up to 13 psi and blew a rod and had to put a new motor in but at 10 psi I was safe and car ran great

@@screamingyeller8853 shit I heard don't pass 450-475 rwtq also the front of my exhaust was hacked up by a previous owner so my o2 sensors for cats are fouled out so if I needed to pass emissions, (does not happen where I live) I could.
