@@slysportsguy5546 nah he was being a smart ass. people dont cook not because they are dumb but because frozen burritos are quicker and easier and delicious. Cooking is a much more involved process and if you don't enjoy it you are far less likely to learn.
Shane Pratt take those burritos wrap them in a coffee filter one for each. Microwave the same but half way as with anything move it on the plate and flip it. Then throw it on a Just over medium pan with virgin olive oil. Wait patiently as it goes to golden brown be sure to flip and use tongs. Wear a shirt. They are 10000% better.

Dennis, I made this for lunch, using (mostly) your recipe. Instead of adding oil, I chopped up a slice of hog-jowl bacon, and rendered them to get a flavored grease for cooking. And, instead of rice, I made a package of Zatarain's wild herb & mushroom couscous. It's delicious! Like many of the others, I wish you would make some more cooking videos.
I went and lived in Brazil years ago, a girl I met there cooked me fish (which I think was tilapia) and since then I've been trying to recreate that flavour... This video was the first I found that explain things clearly enough for me to pick it up in 5 minutes, thank you.
That may have been the best thing I made. I didn't think it would come out THAT good. deglazed the pan with lemon juice and garlic and reduced until saucy.
I was just thinking the same. I hope he's okay. This kid makes one video and it has over 300k views and is one of the very first videos that pops up when searching how to pam get fish. So I won't be surprised if it makes it to 500k. One thing I figured I'd that having such a successful video, especially in his first try may have been a bit overwhelming for him. Maybe he couldn't handle so the attention.

I don’t know what it is but I always enjoy watching men cook in the kitchen ... especially “young men”. I wish I could get my son in the kitchen with me sometimes because I love cooking and I think it “could” be fun with him. Oh well, hats off to you sir!! Great job!! 😊👍🏼
