Part Five - Building the Base and First Moves 

This is part five where we install the CNC on the base and start playing around. We design and build her from the ground up in a method we have wanted to try for a while geared towards reducing build time without compromising performance.
This will be a six-part series of the entire build process from design to machine testing.

Part One (DESIGN) - Model, specs, and basic design ideology of the build.
Part Two (FABRICATION) - Fitment and welding of the chassis components.
Part Three (ASSEMBLY) - Fitment of the rails and screws, assembly of all the components.
Part Four (WIRING) - Cabling, controller, and systems wiring.
Part Five (COMPLETION) - Wrapping everything up, tunning, and first moves.
Part Six (FEATURES) - Some testing, material cutting, and additional design features.
We have been using this machine for over a year, and will also include a performance review of the design.
