Obliques:
1. Thigh Press
2. Thigh Press With Curl
3. Thigh Press With Arm Press
4. Criss Cross Single Leg Extension
5. Criss Cross Lift & Lower
Repeat on the other side
Glutes:
6. Bridge With Articulation
7. Bridge With Inner Thigh Squeeze
8. Bridge Without Articulation
9. Bridge With Outer Thigh Squeeze (Right then Left)

Day 3 - didn't have a ring, used a yoga block and worked excellent with the exception of the outer thigh work at the very end. I held the block in place and continued to squeeze ! Yikes, great burn and awesome instructions ! Thanks Kimmy and Well+ Good!
