Procrastination is such a horrible thing…. I saw an article that I saved from a year ago or so.. well I’m just now watching the video, to get some pointers.. I’m in good shape, but age be creepin’!! Looking forward to implementing this core work. Small steps… many things need changing.. both physical and mental. Pushing my way through the procrastination, and trying to build good habits. Thank you for this great video!

If anyone needs more knee padding for the 2nd exercise, I used a folded yoga mat on top of my sliders

Got back pain???? Could be from weak abdominus muscles… the ones right below your abs. They are literally the belt of muscles(along with abs) that hold up the front of your body. When your abdominus are weak, guess where the load goes for compensation?? Yep!! The lower back. Lemme know if you want an exercise to help with that. I went through PT for 5 different injuries
