1 egg
1tbsp fish sauce
3tbsp soy sauce
salt pepper to taste
3tbsp oil
1tsp Ginger
1tbsp Garlic
2 cups Onion
1 cup Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Green Onions
1/2 cup peanuts
salt pepper to taste
3 to 4 cups of Cold-cooked Basmati Rice
