I'm so glad you started posting RU-vid videos! I really like your short workout videos on Instagram, but sometimes I just like to pause and focus on details of each exercise. Keep going Alexia! I'm sure many people will be happy to see more from you! (Also you're such an inspiration, thank you!

WOW...thanks so much! I've been a push-up freak, giving myself goals like 10,000 push-ups in a month, etc. and now I get why my shoulder is KILLING ME!! I've been doing them improperly all this time...elbows flared!! I'm looking forward to starting all over...PROPERLY : ) Thank you.

Yeah, if it doesn't work, certainly change it so it does work. A slight movement of a joint inward or outward relieves all the pain from 10 years of congestion in this joint.

great video Alexia. I like your tip of the band:) Could you explain the difference between a T push up and a Triceps Pushup? is it just placement of your hands? You mentioned here that sticking your elbows putstoo much strain on the shoulders. thank you!

This was a great video, especially since I need work on my push-ups. For future videos could you add more angles of doing the exercise? For example, during the push-up would be nice to see how close your elbows are to your side.

What suggestions do you have for people that "peel" off the ground when they push away from the ground? We've done elevated push up from different levels. Trying to slow it down to make that mind muscle connection. Also from knees up, to toes down, knees up, etc. and the reverse.

You got two things absolutely correct. Elbows in and back straight. You got two things totally wrong. Feet apart is wrong. You want them together so that the push up exercise can help you build your stabilizer muscles as well , secondly, hand positioning can be varied depending on what part of the chest muscle you need to develop more of. But that is an advanced concept of training.

I feel a Physical Trainer shouldn't tell you NOT to do pushups on knees. Because he could do a Bezier curve movement and then its same. I mean isoevert is not evil maybe it is to other.
