Prison is psychological hell. To say its reformative is complete nonsense except you will have nightmares about it the rest of your life. Personally, anything over 5 years I wouldn't want to live through it. My hell was 24 years ago and its as fresh as yesterday in my mind.

I did 2 years and on day 3 is when I got the heart check, and when I fought they left me alone. I only got into a fight 3 times when I was locked up, I lost 2 of my fights, but won the last one, some new fish came in and tried to punk me and I beat the shit of him, and all the guys told that punk to leave me alone but he wouldn't so I whipped his ass. I never really got messed after the first fight I got into.
