Thansk Dave going to try this. Plan to write out the workouts and follow it closely. I may start a bit lighter and work my way up. Should I still progressively overload?
Discipline Dave you do a great job of presenting good w/o info that can be easily digested and executed. In the past 13 months I have a total hip replacement and two back surgeries to fuse S1-L3. Your videos have helped me get back on the comeback trail.
I like these videos. I've got rheumatism so it's really a puzzle to find out what I cán do and what I can't. I've found several usefull exercises on your channel. It's still possible to get stronger, this way, sometimes with minor adjustments. I've been busy with this for quite a few weeks now and it's working. I like the way you explain technique and reps et cetera too. Thanks!
Those are some great ideas for using the loop style bands, thanks for the video Dave and remember you control the bands don’t let the bands control you!
Another hit and great addition to the series! This workout Playlist is quickly becoming my favorite on your channel! Also, those back flys are deceptively difficult! Could barely do 15 in each set!
Thank you DD. Technique does matter. Also like that you are doing exercises that do not require anchoring. I use it when traveling, at the beach, pool or when I watch TV so I don't sit for too long. I have 3 sets of bands so I can take them all over.
Thanks for another helpful vid, Mr. D.D. I'm going with not attachments, with both the tube and loop bands. Nothing wrong with using the anchors -except I don't trust the doors in our manufactured house, which give me one more thing to worry about when working out.

@@marklevine5844 Wow thank you so much for your kind words. Mark you inspire me to keep going and making videos to help people like you. Thank you so much you really made my day 😊
@@DisciplineDave Phenomenal. My traps and rhomboids are screaming! In the vid, those little tips and tricks cards accompanying each exercise are so important. Building a mind-body connection is so helpful for safe exercising, and knowing what I am supposed to be feeling and where makes me a lot more confident that what I am doing is correct. I'm exercising to keep my body and mobility as long as I can, and good form is critical!
ty big Dave ur the tower of power the man of the hour that shall never be sour hehe 4 ur the infinite power thank you and god bless u and ur family! and loads of MAZOL mean good luck buco🎥
Hey Dave, love the videos. Just curious if, for example, I workout traps on Day 2, then should I skip the trap raises on Day 3 (back workout)? Or is this repetition intentional?
On Day 3 when you do Shoulders and Back is there a recommendation for another no attachment exercise than Back Flys? If you follow this program you end up doing them 2 times on the same day.
do you have a program for people with muscle imbalance like for people with there shoulders lagging behind the rest of there body so they can bring there shoulder strength up to balance out?
Great from and technique is what you need to get results. U should change it to Great form and technique is what you need for that physique lol You can steal that for your next video because I'm a big fan lol
