They should've made the ENTIRE GAME a musical. That would've been hilarious.

It's largest to smallest dishes, then bowls. Store the cutlery in a big glass on the side, that'll make things a lot easier, and makes your sink look so much cleaner that you can put off washing up for another two or three days (IF you remember to give the dishes a quick rinse before putting them in, otherwise you're even more disgusting). Also remember, first glass, then metal, then ceramics, so that you minimize visible fatty spots.

the halo has an explanation if you collect the audio files. someone stole it from lucifer and then saints row 2 guy buys it in secret of something like that.

The flying in this game is great though. I wish more games would have it and it would be as solid as it is in Gat our of Hell. I spend a lot of rime just flying around as Gat diving through buildings and stuff.

Seriously just rename this channel Zero Punctuation! That is all we have been getting for three months! Everything else that used to be a part of The Escapist has left or uploads on one of its subchannels.

I was hoping they would make a flashback type of game, so you could play as the President... you know, BEFORE the alien invasion. Imagine running the entire country as a pimp-ass gangster. They flushed a great opportunity down the toilet when they jumped years ahead to a futuristic space battle in part IV.

Yatzee is my favorite. That sort of, 'My first car so I won't tell anyone all the weird things I wanted to do inside it,' favorite. Its mostly the only thing I don't tell my friends I watch. Its great.

Gat Out Of Hell is a nice little distraction from reality but, it just feels like more of the same. I personally can't wait to see how Volition changes up the Saints.

I love the Saints Row series because the series is fully aware that it is in fact, a video game, and takes full advantage of that mentality, instead of just giving you a gun and send you on your way through a narrow corridor.

So I'm not complaining, but without Jim, The Escapist is just Yahtzee. Why not just call it the Zero Punctuation channel?

You know what's the best? The fact Saints Row IV itself was technically an expansion of Saints Row 3. EXPANSIONCEPTION or EXPECTION even though that doesn't sound original.

I for one love this new trend and I hope it continues to catch on. I've always found it silly that developers are so often expected to scrap pretty much everything and start from scratch every time they want to make a new series or tell a new story. And of course we the consumers are expected to pay for all that extra effort every time. This saves money, it allows developers to make enjoyable games faster and sometimes even explore new ideas that would otherwise be considered too risky (like Blood Dragon), and from what I understand a lot of gamers only play single player games once, so as long as it's packaged in an appealing new way there's no reason to think that everyone will be tired of the gameplay as long as it was good to begin with. It's a win-win-win! Well...I should say that I like the idea of this trend. I'm still waiting for the franchises I'm actually interested in to jump on the bandwagon.

There is only one good thing about Gat Out of Hell. It has the absolute best weapon in the series: the representation of Sloth, an armchair with gatling guns that the character is slumped in like they're barely awake while they're zooming around blowing shit up. :)

This review pretty much summed up what I thought with Gat Out of Hell, aside from elaborating on the good points of the game. I especially loved the flying mechanics in this game, and I love how the various activities in New Hades show signs of being refined compared to Saints Row 4, such as the Fraud activity which I found astoundingly hysterical. Yes it is short, yes the story/gameplay integration is kinda unacceptable (though they at the very least noticed since they lampshade just that), yes the ending blowout seemed a bit odd, but overall I had fun with this game. I am however intrigued with what comes afterwards. Will they make a sequel despite having written themselves into a corner, or will they reboot the series, or both even given how odd the story was? Personally I don't mind at all if the next game takes like 3 years to come out, if at all. These things do take time to craft together.

You need to hurry and review evolve haha your the only one we can trust!

Hey Yahtzee, in case you aren't bogged down, what with Evolve's up and cumming release, might I suggest an episode on Company of Heroes. I love it, so tear it a new one. For your consideration,

No I am fairly certain, that after replaying Saints Row 4 on Hardcore mode, that the freeze blast being overpowered was the point of it. Why else would they hand you the Flash Point Incinerator 3000 right out of the gate? A few key upgrades to your heavy SMG and a well timed Freeze Blast and you already have 60% completion. The only downside, where I can see Yahtzee saying it is a bug, is that it usually doesn't work on bosses. Tanks? Sure. Assassination Targets in Cars? Picked off easily, but Bosses usually steer clear of being frozen.

About what you said about the boss volation said that 4 was the end to the franchise so most characters are gone from here on out.

what kinda annoys me about Gat out of hell is that the Devils Workshop pack is in the game data, but requires you buy it first in order to activate it.

My problem with this game is that after you kill Satan, where does he go? You're already in Hell. Unless there's some kind of lower hell or something like that

I would love that these reviews has the option to put subtitles (in english) because you talk very fast and I have trouble understanding some parts (english is not my first language, that's why it's hard for me). For example, CinemaSins creates videos where the author talks very fast but is has subtitles so it's fine, something like that in here would be great.

Enjoyed the game, sorta, just hate how the diversions are now missions. I did them to level up a bit, then went to do the loyalty stuff for characters and they gave me the briefing then thanked me in the next breath. Weak way to set up the game. Not unfun, but got old pretty fast.
