love the Morrissey (but in the style of Motorhead) t shirt Thomas.

I use 42 (EUR) in almost all my shoes, i sized down to 41 1/3 (EUR) (219gram) in the Phantasm CF, and it`s a perfect fit with my narrow foot. I must say i am blown away by this shoe, the tiny little extra weight compared to other "super shoes" is not noticable at all when running. This is by FAR the best shoe for fast descents/downhill running i have ever put on my feet, it just pure joy and effortless, i run descents faster and more relaxed than ever before. It is also by far the best plated shoe for uphill running, it just eats those inclines like butter, so smooth and effortless , those two amazing attributes/capabillities alone weighs up to the "extra weight issue". Less weight is not allways faster or better. And yes i have tried and owned plated "supershoes" from NIKE,PUMA,ASICS,HOKA,SAUCONY and Li-NING. I only need Li-Ning ELITE 2.0 and these Phantsm CF to cover everything from 5k to Marathon. I was also very surprised how easy i could lock in my faster paces on the flats, it`s actually a very fast shoe, and SO SMOOTH! The tongue has not bothered me at all, it makes me wonder why people have problems with this, but i did experience a tiny heel slippage when i put on some very thin "performace fabrics" socks. No issues at all with other socks. An extra eyelet would be a OK thing to have, Yes.

I think the alphaf fly and vapor fly are my go to race shoes. I am wanting to even try sometime the meta speed sky soon but I am so satisfied with my race shoes right now.

I cringe when reviewers bend a shoe in half in attempt to show its stiffness. You are literally ruining a brand new shoe. A better technique would be to have a familiar/comparable shoe nearby that you can pick up, flex (within a Realistic angle/range). Then pick up the shoe under review to flex similarly to speak on how it compares to the familiar shoe. Relative comparisons like this are more valuable & relatable to viewers. Perhaps take it a step further and flex individually at the midfoot, then the forefoot to comment more specifically on where the stiffness is and how it relates to comparable shoes. Other then that, Love the vids guys, keep it up!

I feel Salomon just don't do enough real world testing with their product's. They gets things right but there always seems to be some major flaws in each new product within the sportstyle/trail and road lines. One shoe that seems to be the best out of the bunch I have tried, is the Pulsar and I feel that is down to working with Killian Jornet!
