On today's episode I'm cutting and sectioning the front frame rail on a Ford Fusion. Tune in to see how I clamp the vehicle down to the frame machine, measure the frame, pull and square up the front end and then cut and section the left front frame rail.

With that frame rail only being off a small amount, why is it necessary to replace it after you’ve pulled it to within spec?

because it's already compromised, if it's in another accident and it didn't get replaced only repaired within specs it will crush way faster because it is weaker.

This model fusion totals at our shop for needing minimal stuff. It must be a low mileage one.
