This dude runs too much weight. You can tell the difference in the control when he used the lower weights, and that will have much better results. The higher weights he wasn't even getting the full range of motion.

I agree. I did a similar narrow grip upside row. There were no problems for a while bug later on, I had terrible impingement on my left shoulder. I looked up some exercises for rehabilitation and they helped after about a month. It was so bad I couldn't do shoulder presses, my arm feeling like it was paralyzed.
