Side planks are one of my absolute favorite poses! They will work the whole body and are an overall amazing posture allowing for a diversity of modifications that can fit your need, whether you need more support, need more stretch, or need more challenge.
Of course, the key, as with every pose and movement, is to stay connected and listen to the feedback of your body, making sure you are ready to take on the next movement and/or challenge in your practice.
I hope this practice makes your side and back feel yummier, limber, and more calmly connected to your body, heart, and mind!
