The plank on the toes move reminds me of those drawing instructionals. So now draw one circle and then a second circle, and then draw your owl. 😆 No idea what I'm doing, clearly

Hi Alessandra, would like to seek for your advice here. While doing the blank with hands and feed, i dont feel pain in either feed or hands, but feel pain at my back bone. Did i do something wrong?
