When your nervous system is wound up, in overdrive, or you feel stressed, this deep sleep meditation will help you prepare yourself for sleep by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and bringing you back to the rest and digest state. In this state, you can sleep deeply and give your body and mind the opportunity to heal and recover from the day. This immensely relaxing practice will send the signals of safety to your nervous system so you can easily drift to sleep with a calm and clear mind.

I suffer from severe PTSD which means along with mood swings, depression, anxiety, paranoia comes insomnia and nightmares. I have had approximately 4 hours sleep in the past 3 days and was being to have hallucinations. So last night I turn the thermostat down to 65 and put this on. I don't even remember at what point during the session when I fell asleep all I know is I did and stayed sleep all night without a nightmare. Thank you I'm forever grateful.

Sarah is a blessing. Her ❤ is so beautiful and open for her to share her fabulous array of meditations all done with her beautiful calming soothing voice. I find her my savior as I have managed to release myself from the past and its been a huge time for me. The underworld life was all I knew. Wanted 2mke changes so I needed to come into the light. This is GREAT BUT PLEASE eliminate the Libery insurance ad that loudly interrupts this session in the first half !!! I understand that ads are part of the deal but Please put them before or after so as not to defeat the purpose and disrupt the meditative state so abruptly .

when doing this meditation has anyone else experienced nightmares? I did this meditation last night then had these horrible dreams, one where an old primary friend said she didn't like me and I was really emotionally distressed about it 😆 Could it be my nervous system processing and healing?
