INGREDIENTS
• Beef plate ribs
• Olive oil (or preferred binder)
• Ben's Heffer Dust
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your recteq to 250ºF.
2. If you prefer, remove silver skin membrane from back of ribs using a dry paper towel.
3. Cover ribs with light layer of olive oil.
4. Season on all sides with Ben's Heffer Dust.
5. Place on recteq bone-side down.
6. Probe for tenderness once ribs reach an internal temperature of 200ºF - 205ºF.
7. Remove from recteq. Let rest for minimum of 15 minutes. Slice & enjoy!
