Love the standing workouts. I have a torn meniscus, and while I have to go slow and hold on to the table to make sure that I keep proper form, it’s a great workout!

Loved this! 61 active calories burned according to my Apple Watch…used it as a finisher to a low impact dance class because I’m feeling a bit sluggish. Your class perked me right up - thank you so much!

Lovely to see a new workout . Please could we have more, and different, 20 min ones as it would be lovely to have fresh vids to re engage with and keep us keen . Love the new setting . Light coloured leggings would mean we could see your leg movements more clearly. Thank you for making these vids . Anna

Thank you! and will do! I realized the black leggings made things difficult when I was editing it LOL I have another video filmed in them, but in the future I'll try to be mindful of it. I'm in a new house and was trying to figure out a good filming spot

Hi Lys you have not posted any standing Pilates vids for a long time. Have you stopped doing them.? They are perfect for your older followers and I am sure I am not alone in wishing you had some new ones to strengthen and invigorate us . Best wishes
