I have 2 questions I would love for you to answer 1: how can I get rid of Nocturia and interrupted sleep, I’m assuming that is slowing growth down 2: how much should we truly eat and how clean does our nutrition have to be?
not maomao but js giving some adviice , Ive also struggled with nocturia in the past , make sure u use the restroom before sleeping and control ur thirst , itll be hard for a while but then u get used to it.
@@KylianMbappeRmafc Drinking water should be done by day. At night, make sure you don't drink too much water before going to sleep 'cause it can interrupt your sleep by making you to feel pee between your deep sleep.
I won't lie it depends on genetics but you can still increase to atleast 6 if you having that much height just improve your food no fast food at all just home made food and also If you are fat please loss wait don't eat low calories food just burn more calories add so many Fruits in your diet mainly banana and oranges also add cucumber salad too if you can then we talk about supplements you need are calcium+vitamin d3+magnesium all three in your daily dose also add skipping rope or any active game activity which requires extreme footwork also try to maintain good postures too I can 110% guarantee at 21 or 22 you will surely be 6 feet in height can guarantee you also I startedthese on early age I am 16 andalready 6'3 but also remember active sport and skipping rope is a must be discipline and it willwork out never skip this routinealso if you can add somecreatine and protein too whichhelp you alot too also good sleepof 8-9 hours is must and that's alljust also believe you will growtaller

Am 15.8 and am 177cm/5'9.5 with a 6'3/191cm wingspan i play basketball, track and i stretch and my goal is 6'1 or more i feel like i havent grown in like a year my mom is 5'3 and idk my dad height ive never met him. But i play basketball 4-5 times a week for 1hour+ and work out 5 times a week and my diet its alr i am always hungry and i just eat what my mom makes like chicken with rice or fish with rice. I usually get 8-9 hours of sleep everyday i go too sleep at around 8.30 and wake up at 5 in the morning
bro I'm 15 turning 16 in couple of months and I'm 5.6, it's not that I haven't started growing, it's that I did and finished, I had a big growth spurt at 13 and gained 8cm somewhat like that, but after that, I haven't grown an inch, even 0.5cm, at all, and I also started puberty at 11 so pretty early, my growth plates are probably closed right? cuz I haven't grown a cm for like 2 years after that growth spurt (parents 5.2, 5.7)
I an 4ft9 and turning 15 and i am doing exercise everyday and haven't yet grow but i can see and feel some pain in my calfs and my knee is that a sign that i might have a massive growth
Hi! I just turned 16 at 5.11 (male) my mother is 5.6 and father 6foot can i get to like 6.1-6.2? I exercise daily and started running… can i get a growth spurt? Both of my parents had their growth spurt late and i feel that i am a late bloomer too. My mother got her growth spurt at 16 and my dad probably like The same till 17
there is definitely hope, one of my friend grew from 5,6 to almost 6 feet at the age of 21. Also some of my friends grew like 2inch after the age of 20, so there is definitely hope. But I must say that your lifestyle must be healthy.

But sometimes in weekend i go sleep like in 1:00 or something like that. should i get more sleep than 8:30 - 8:00 hours or is it okay? my dad is 5'10 and my mom is 5'3. I had my first growths spurt from 5'3 to 5'6 after 14th birthday. Then after I only grew .5 inch for a year and a half. I am 15 and a half rn and I am worried I might never grow again. I am 5'6.5 rn
I am 13 at 5ft haven’t hit a growth spurt and my parents are kinda short. Mom 5’2” dad 5’8”. My uncles on my moms side are 6’3” and 5’10” and her sister is 5’9”. My cousins on my Dads side are 5’9” 6ft and 6’3”. I don’t know if that’s a good sign? A foot doctor said I have a lot of cartilage between my feet bones which means there is lots of room for growth so idk? I rlly want to get tall cuz I play a ton of basketball and my goal is the NBA. I have a long wingspan and broad shoulders so yeah:)
Goodluck.I am 14 and 5 ft i also havent hit growth spurt but my mom is 5 foot 6 and my dad 5 foot 9 and my uncles are 6 foot.I also want to play as a defender in football and it needs atleast 6 foot and above so i hope you get to 6 foot and i also hope i get to it too
You definitely can, my buddy. Just follow whatever he's told in this video for the next 4 to 5 years and you should see a lot of growth. Genetics are not the sole determinants of height 😉
Am 13 as well but height just 5'1.5 bro you have good genetics my mum dad both are quite short but my dads brothers are 6+ so i am still hoping to grow 6+ and when i asked them about there height they told they were also around this much in my age(so i got some)
I'm 16 man and I am 6 feet 2" right now I experienced a growth spurt at age 14 but it seems that I am still experiencing a growth spurt because I have surpassed my uncle and father in height recently

A lot of vegetable's, Protein, Rice and Peas, I drink a lot of milk sometimes a long with oats, eat a lot of cheese and I do a lot of calisthenics body weight workouts / exercises, I eat a lot of fruits, I event take multivitamins, I ensure that I get enough sleep per night even though school is hectic right now, Most of the time i eat a lot of healthy food and less junk food.

@@Eu125bonilla Wdym I won't grow much more, many people have gone through a growth spurt and have still grown after. This most likely won't be my only growth spurt, as I am 12 and have average genetics and also have quite a lot of years.
