I have lost my job, a couple of times. Go through your greiving process and go out there a fight for another job. My parents taught me taught me life is not fair, but don't blame it on everyone else. Not sure what parents are doing today, except spending thousands of dollars for a four year indoctrinaion. .

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran. After I came back in 1974. I wore bell bottoms. Nothing wrong with that. I was raised to treat others with respect. I don’t know what the modern words like woke mean. But if it means an equal opportunity society than I am all for it. But since we live in a racially divided society , I can see the reason for DEI In order to balance the inclusion into a white majority that keeps the minority out of their world they have protected themselves with white supremacy. You know it and i know it .
