Step 1
Whisk 2 eggs.
Step 2
Prepare 150ml of water, 150ml chicken broth.
Step 3
Add broth and water into egg mixture; add pinch of pepper, small amount of sesame oil, cooking wine, oil, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture into the dish with a strainer, spoon away bubbles on the surface, cover with aluminum foil.
Step 5
Cover and steam for 10 minutes in low heat. Prepare sauce: hot oil and dark soy sauce.
Step 6
Take out steamed egg, put sauce over egg, add small amount pepper and serve.
