Ingredients: 3/4 cup flour 1 scoop of protein powder 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1/4 cup (Fat free) greek yoghurt 3/4 cup almond milk

I just made these with 2 changes-1) I used food processor and made oat flour and 2) i used unsweetened apple sauce instead of yogurt. My protein was cinnamon flavored. Apples and cinnamon, oh yeah!

I really need help as I can't find an answer anywhere. I think I'm getting paralyzed from analysis ;pp. Anyway, my question is that since I've already bulked for 9 months I went from 70 kg to 81kg but gained a bit of belly fat. I'm starting my cutting routine for two months, and I used to eat 3,300 calories for bulking. Now I'm eating 2,400 but I just thought that eating 2,400 calories along with working out will create a larger deficit than -500 calories ( my maintenance is 2,900). I'm lost and scared of losing my muscle, shall I eat 2,700 calories and rely on exercise for a further deficit? I would greatly appreciate an answer :/

Start at a low deficit of 2-300, watch your weight and see how you feel with your workouts. If your losing weight and still feel good then keep it there and maybe cut it down a bit more a few weeks. Dont rush the cut. Remember, everyone is different and you need to react to what your body tells you

+luke jones thanks man yeah first day I reduced 500 calories I was so hungry !, I figured out that I'll eat 2,700 and working out will create a further deficit.

+luke jones another question if I'm not bothering, when you cut do you try and maintain the weights that you can lift (to maintain your strength) or continue trying to smash personal bests (progressive overload)?

I tend to throw in heavy sets here and there doing 1-3 reps to maintain strength. When I first started cutting I made a big mistake of only going as low as 8 reps and doing hypertrophy. I ended up losing a fair amount of strength. You need to do both, strength training and hypertrophy to maintain both mass and strength Also, if you only have a small deficit, you may lose weight and still make small gains. A slower cut will be more beneficial in the long run. I'd recommend doing 500+ deficit when you want to get shredded rather than just lose a small amount of fat because the last hurdle to get single digits is the hardest.

A little extra light and sweet flavor. You can use all coconut flour but it wont be as fluffy.

Μάνος Καραμάνος I make my protein pancakes with all coconut flour with quick oats blended, but they come out kinda flat...but they taste good with low carbs without the processed white flour.

I don’t understand how these are only 310 calories for two. The flour alone is 330 for 3/4 cup. Or am I doing something wrong haha

All the pancakes ive had have been incredibly dry, no matter how much syrup ive used, unlike waffles which are always moist

It says 2 servings above the macros so the calories for all Ingrediens shown Are 620 if you Want 310 calroie waffel just take half of everything:)

I would like to know the long term health effects of ingesting years and years worth of artificial sweetener, specifically Stevia. You really like that Stevia. I'd postulate it is no better then years of consuming Sucralose or Aspartame. I could be wrong though. Sugar free syrup?? No thanks. Pure Maple is healthier.
