Thanks for another great video on band exercise. I am in a position were I can't get to a gym often so bands and dumbbells with a bench have to do. Glad you pointed out the correct posture and form. Also liked your tempo. This adds time under tension. Keep up the good work. SAL put Adam and Justin to work in some of your video sessions don't let them skate by. Thanks again

I have scene scenarios where some folk will bend slight forward while having the shoulders back - suggesting that it is a better range of motion - any thoughts ??

I recommend sitting down and then doing the row. A chest-supported row might even be the best option to really target the back. Standing can take the focus away from the back as you have to now stabilize the lower body and abs to not launch forward. Row is a good exercise, I just don't like it standing.

These banded movements always make the hardest part of the row even harder, which is the end. Which means you are forced to use a lighter band, which then means that the first 90% of the pull is too easy.
