Mobility routine for posture, resistance band routine. Here is a mobility routine I use a few times a week to improve my posture. All you need is a resistance band and some space around you to move. Grab a light to medium resistance band and follow along with me! These are some of the best stretches I know to relieve shoulder stiffness and improve posture.
In this routine, Kai Simon demonstrates how to warm up your shoulders, back and the side of your torso, using a resistance band. Grab a resistance band and follow along with me!
1. Band pull apart 10x
2. Shoulder flossing 10x
3. Side bend torso stretch 10x
4. Good morning 10x

Motivation wise, these kind of exercises are the ones I struggle the most with. Yet, my body is deffinitely in need of more stretching ... thx for the reminder !

It's hard to do the full range of motion in each exercises but i do my best. Just did it for the first time and I'm probably gonna do it everyday
