Thank you for being normal! So many youtube channels are going "talking weird and forceful." I always look for those where the presenter talks with normal speech at a normal speed and without force. This also omits the AI voices which sound "dead." Bless you for bringing your message naturally.

yes decreased mobility is associated with increased mortality rate. Movement is essential for our life!

Thanks for great info. I recently saw your videos. Is there anything you can guide me on grinding of teeth at night time during sleep. This is a very common problem but I did not see videos on this topic. I will really appreciate it. Thanks

The Queen of England for decades had the most beautiful posture, and by 90 was bent over complete with Dowager's Hump. Why? Aging!

Changes in posture also reflect changes in one's mind and state of nervous system. I have seen many in their 90's and some in their 100's who appear to be sitting and standing easily and comfortably upright. We all age differently, so getting older doesn't necessarily mean becoming more bent over. At least that's my observation.
