The Island Lamb Episode 19 Island Hopping! Join me on the sweet deck of Sunflower in the United States Virgin Islands for some knitting chat!!!!!
This video was shot from the deck of our rental called “Sunflower” located on the East End of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands.
The colors of the sky and Caribbean Sea are astounding and always changing.
The cone of yarn I used to make the belt for the
lovely white cotton dress my husband gave me for my birthday is called Peaches and Crème. I purchased the cone at Walmart and it’s also available on Amazon. It’s 100% cotton and there are 706 yds on a cone.
The Girlfriend Market Bag was designed by Laura Spradin and the pattern is free on Ravelry.
The beautiful Summer Elegance lace skirt is a Drops Design pattern. Available on Ravelry

We vacation in Rhode Island every year and love to take the ferry over to Block Island for a day trip while we’re there. @@theislandlamb Oh yes, I have been knitting since I was around 12. We live in Upstate New York about 2 miles from the Vermont border. If we get to Block Island this year I’m going to try to go to Northlight Fibers. I didn’t realize they had a retail shop. I love your LYS The Mermaid’s Purl. We always make sure to stop in there when we’re in RI.🧶

What a lovely vlog. It gave me such a lift this cold morning with snow forecast later in the day! I too am a green/ blue green/ teal lover. Just after your last vlog I started my first half and half triangle wrap and it’s been the perfect go to knit to to see out these final cold days and hopefully into some warmer weather. I know, what happened?! I still wear camisoles under sheer blouses and rustic knits. Maybe be spanx phenomenon away with slips. I’m going to see if my mom has one otherwise I’ll make one.

Hi there, I used Elsebeth Lavold Hempathy. 153yds per skein and I used 4 1/2 skeins and I made it a little longer and used a size us 4 needle.
