The ending is too iconic and powerful for me to hate it, I'll never forget my first time watching the movie, I just sat there in shock for like 10 minutes after like 'did that seriously just happen?' Love your channel!

I absolutely love this film, the entire movie is fantastic but the ending! The ending is so iconic and messed up, I remember the first time I watched it my jaw was on the floor for an hour and I just kept shaking my head in disbelief saying 'no, that can't be it, no'. I'm loving this series Sarah! can't wait for the next one :D

everytime I watch it's movie I always think, maybe he'll just wait an extra 5 minutes this time before pulling the trigger!! I thought it was fucked up and brilliant!!

The ending made me mad, but I was like...glad it made me mad...? It left a lasting impression of that sort of sick feeling that the dad must have felt, which is always a sign of a good movie, in my opinion. Also, not to be condescending, but it's adapTAtion not adaption, just pointing it out!

One of my all time favorite endings along with the finale of Race with the Devil and Easy Rider. I remember walking out of the theater and hearing people talking and debating the Mist ending. In my opinion that’s what a good movie does, inspire interesting conversation.

Sometimes the most unconventional ending is the better one. A lot of the times good movies have had alterations to their ending because of audience feedback to create a _happier_ ending, and it's not always the best decision.

Oh geeze that movie was insane!! Especially the creatures and the ending WTF!! Oh and I didn't read the book but I heard that the actual ending was just them driving outside the down and it kinda ended on a open note?

I live in Maine and it's true! his house is gated but me and my friends walk by his house all the time on our way home from work.

SPOILERS!! ALERT - - - - - and one of the survivors was the lady in the begining of the movie that left to store by herself to get her children, she begged if anyone was willing to escort her but no one helped even the main character.

Honestly the ending of this film is one of the most utterly soul destroying and tragic scenes I've ever seen.

I watched this one about, I guess two or three years ago when I was reading a lot of world of darkness and cthulhu pen and paper rpg books. I used it as a kind of research for horror scenarios. and I totally agree with you, it is a really great movie! I loved the ending so much, because it was so hopeless. I think, I watched the road around this time, and u loved it, up until they ruined it with the last 20 seconds or so. that's where those two movies differ so greatly and that's why I love the mist. I can't stand it, when they ruin a deeply depressing mood by kind of happy endings. and they really did a great job on this one!

Can you watch and review 'Huset'? (direct translation 'the house') It is a norwegian haunted house/possession horror film, actually recorded in a supposedly haunted boarding school! The crew was so afraid while shooting the film, they refused to be alone in the building. I think you might like it :)

One of my favorite King flix too ... I like the actors used in this one ! You actually cared about them... you didn't talk about the spiritual woman...I think she was a main ingredient in the movie as she divided the group...and what they did to her. I have the blu ray version and it comes with a black and white version...OMG !! Talk about an creepy view... You are really evolving in the looks dept....sexy ! Keep up the good work .....

I just watched the movie and I was so frustrated while watching it. They acted really calm like what just happened wasn't a big deal. I'm probably the only person who feels this way. It's still a good movie and I liked the sad ending.

I have to kindly disagree with you on a "Stephen King ending". The end of the film adaptation of the novel "Cujo" ends A LOT differently than the novel; granted, I was satisfied with the film's ending for the protagonist's son, but I was like "what the hell, man?", as well. I felt cheated somewhat.

I really hate the ending of this movie, for me it ruins all the movie and I know why you love it and I understand that but for me its too annoying lol

If giant roaches are part of the movie (which I think they are, cause they are creepy) then I won´t watch it. I can´t stand them, freak and gross me out!

I didn’t like the ending of The Mist, mostly because they changed it from the original story.

you never explain the movies very well on this, before you would talk u through what goes on in the film then go onto the ending but now you always very breifley explain the film then go very much into detail of the ending its weird, these videos dont seem thought out very well
