Hi !
In this video we will be taking a look at an iconic piece of World of Warcraft's history. While mostly playing out during vanilla WoW, this story spans multiple expansions and focuses mostly on the players!

You know... This video reminded me so much of Hayven's Game video. He did a video on the Ashbringer too, called "The Evolution of the Ashbringer". And the start of this video reminded me so much of that one too. I say this a compliment. I think Hayven was the greatest wow youtuber, R.I.P. And it makes me happy there are people carrying the torch. He focused on the history of the game, less known details, and he was a very positive, free of drama, guy. Thank you Sir for this great video.

The Ashbringer was a weapon so powerful that no player was allowed to have it prelegion... and they forgot about it as well 😂

Just a little thingy: The Outlands is actually just called "Outland" and is never referred to as "the outlands" in game. This error is made so often that the WoWpedia article points out this mistake in the first sentence of the Outland article.

There’s been a small update but in the new raid you can encounter a newer version of the Corrupted Ashbringer from a parallel timeline that couldn’t be cleansed and is vastly stronger. There isn’t much to it though, that’s pretty much it.

Awesome video. Would anybody be so kind to tell what the song playing at 0:40 - 0:56 is called? Was it the Legion login music maybe? daamn can't remember for the life of me. Edit: Guys I found it! It's Anduins Theme from the Legion soundtrack. God I love this song
