The only realistic response from that pizza guy would be to say “Sir I’ve got like 5 more deliveries to make in the next 30 minutes or I’m gonna get fired.”
Literally! Delivery drivers often take multiple deliveries at a time to save time so there's gonna be some angry people with cold pizza if he procrastinated by doing... whatever that video is supposed to be...
Yeah, I’m a delivery driver and my response to any wacky shit that people try to pull is to just bolt back to my car because I do not have the time or money to deal with bullshittery
I hate to admit that I know this but there is a "trend" in amateur p*rn (although a lot of it will likely be fake amateur cos people watch these vids) in which a delivery guy shows up and a woman answers the door, naked. As you can imagine, the "real" versions of this stunt/prank/whatever just lead to some poor guy who is obviously really weirded out by the whole thing, face blurred and he awkwardly shuffles away to get on with his job. Basically a form of sexual assault. Horrible stuff and my guess is that this channel uses kinda semi-pornographic content for views.
@@anglepsycho Basically, if its prolonged on one thing or focusing on something weird, its fetish. I.E. some of those 5 minute craft clones that focus on the feet, videos of women doing something seemingly innocuous and moaning or making sounds that seem sexual, etc.
@@anglepsycho in a lot of the videos they have something they have to finish but they take forever and the taking forever to finish doing something is attractive to certain people???I really don't know but I saw someone say that so yea
@@--UREGAY-- Almost as if these are intended to arouse people with the very specific Fetish of adultery while also taking too long to finish the task you're given.
It shows me like five videos of stuff I'm actually semi interested in, and then It shows me random transphobic bullshit or some 7-year-olds' slime review with 7 views. RU-vid shorts in like Tiktok but with all the stuff that I actually liked taken out of it. The algorithm is nonsensical and you can't even delete it without giving up on a whole app. It will still get the tweens mindlessly scrolling for hours just the stuff they are beeing fed gets more and more shallow and borderline dangerous.
Surprised Danny missed this but these videos are actually WAY longer on Facebook...some as long as 15 minutes (the characters mostly stand around and do nothing during the time that's cut from these videos). They're a content farm which abuses Facebook's algorithm by posting long nothing-burgers of videos with just enough intrigue to clock the 3 second viewing mark. Facebook sees this as a full "view" of 15 minutes so their total viewing time skyrockets. I'm so incredibly sick of getting spammed by their garbage.
I thought they had that quality of FB garbage videos. 10-15 seconds at the beginning try to hook you in, 10-13 minutes of stalling, and an extremely disappointing ending that makes you mad you wasted the time.
6:19 Oh god that's where I recognize this guy from. I've been cubing for a long time, and while I'm not an expert, I'm decently sure this is fake. The pieces he needs are at the exact same positions on both scrambles and so he does the same thing to solve both of them at the very start, which is just incredibly unlikely, and he's just swapping back and forth between the same two moves on the cube like four times. It looks nothing like an actual one handed solve. And the fact that he's never gone to an official competition under the name "Paul Vu", despite having set up a fake looking competition in his home somewhere, makes me feel very suspicious about him having gotten a record in a category nobody does.
He's flattening the bottles so he can fit more in 1 bag and carry fewer bags to the bottle depot. They flatten the cans as well instead of crushing them cause the depot won't accept them if they can't see the label. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed.
@@daydream5120 Do you not drop off your bottles for cash? My ma and I go to another place that accepts cans as well, so we make some of the money back, instead of leaving everything to sit in a landfill or smthn. 😄
@@ToxicXeia in the US it’s a state by state thing only like. 10 states at most have can and bottle return laws (huge thing to deal with when moving from ny to nc)
conspiracy theory: Danny is suffering from benjamin button disease. He was born an old man and started making vines and videos when he was 30-27 and now he looks younger because he’s 20-18. His hair however is the only thing that ages regularly. eventually he’ll be a baby with a comb over
@@princessloveheartglitter if Danny ages backwards but his hair ages forewords, he’ll be a baby with no or little hair. but because babies are usually born weird and bald, no one would suspect that he’s actually like 70 years old.
The yt shorts algorithm is... so bizarrely and almost impressively incompetent. Within minutes it'll start showing me antimasker/transphobic/sexist videos, like every time. It's honestly a blessing in disguise bc it breaks the chain and keeps me from spending like 4 hours scrolling lol
it's so fucking weird. i went from an explicitly trans short to a transphobic short where all the comments are talking about how this a _hypothetical_ detransitioner was "based" for not "mutilating her beautiful body" and how this "proves that [conversion therapy] was based in love and not hate" in 5 fucking videos.
Right!? RU-vid shorts is like okay so after that cooking video you liked lets show you a video of a person telling me why breathing air is homophobic and racist and transphobic and then the next video is like "yeah I am a sxist person" and then the next video is a lady shaking her as on camera 💀💀💀
I like this concept of a commentary channel like Danny just being completely neutral about the topic being covered and just being like “this exists I guess… bye”
There's an audio equipment youtuber called Crinacle+ that I watch, and his actual outro for every video is "Don't die, fuck off". It fits perfectly into his deadpan brand of humor, but still
@@pearlhwva sometimes you can lose the pigmentation in your hair - it’s happened to a few of my friends. It makes your hair slowly lose its color, typically going to gray, then white.
danny looks like he’s just been dressed up by his ol’ ma to be ushered all the way downtown to his aunts third wedding in that lil chapel by the beach where he meets another dapper lookin boy and he drinks the night away with him under the dock with whiskey they took from the pub down the street
June 16th, 2022 13:22 NO LITERALLY like if he was some random visitor then the hiding would make sense but the guy works there 😭 He has the proper attire nd everything;; also on an unrelated note;; danny’s outfit today looks kind of like a knockoff blue’s clues ~ it’s so cute!!
the date kind of gives off a apocalyptic journal vibe (to me anyways) and I read ur coment in a slightly moody and dramatic voice when I first read it 😭😭
Well as Albert Einstein famously said "Time is relative. Spend an hour with a pretty girl it feels like a minute...watch a weird YT short for a minute it feels like eternity."
As someone who has made a few shorts, I'm pretty sure RU-vid is misrepresenting the number of views they get by counting autoplays or something. The amount of views RU-vid claims they get never matches up with the amount of other types of engagement they have.
Agreed, the likes are usually way off too. In videos, you'd get between 5-10% of total views giving a like. With shorts its like 1%-0.5%. Don't make no sense! Its still a new feature so I'm sure its got some kinks to work out, but it feels partially broken.
As a non-native english speaker, I really liked how Danny pointed out "THE homeless veteran". His mocking made me think if I should put 'a/an' or 'the' in the future.
“the” doesn’t mean “the only” but sometimes people specifically annunciate “the” and it changes the meaning. “the red dog” is grammatically correct and doesn’t imply that this is the only red dog. if you go “THE red dog” it makes it sound like this red dog is special and well known. the dog could be special for being the only red dog, but that’s not the only way it could be meant.
"A/an" typically signifies a generalization, whereas "the" typically signifies a specific person/thing. "I want a dog." That sentence implies I want just any dog. "I want the dog." But that sentence implies I want a specific dog (context would imply you knew what dog I meant in a conversation). Hope that helps! English can be confusing, even us native speakers still make plenty of mistakes!
its just because its the only homeless vet in the video, if it said a homeless vet it would be like they were filming and a random homeless person walks in and sees the money but this video is ABOUT this specific homeless person
It feels like 1-minute versions of those 15-minute skit videos on Facebook that stay in one location and keep you waiting for them to get to the point, and somehow these youtube shorts still feel 15 minutes long
Danny looks like a guest star in a British period detective show, where his character has to hide a forbidden love affair from his parents and the whole thing ends up being exposed because of a murder investigation.
ok but the doctor guy taking the ring out of military guy’s hands so HE could propose was legit so fucking funny such a shame that it has to exist inside of an awkward and terribly paced youtube short
11:22 The reason the homeless vet was “crumpling up trash and laying it out” was to separate and count the recyclables he had collected to go then sell at a recycling station. (They only accept smooshed stuff)
This feels like those videos they used to show in math class where they would pause it at the conflict and make you write out predictions and try to solve stuff based off of that.
Honestly the bed pool one could be believable but only if the guy sleeps on An air mattress cause from the outside it kinda looks like an air mattress with a sheet on it
I dont normally comment but Danny, your videos are grade A! You get me through my work days every 15 minute break and lunch break spent watching your videos and I really appreciate the quality content!
just to remind you- this is his second channel where he gets a bit wackier and sillier (and drinks a random brand of sparkling water, because la croix is getting too much promotion)
I love that the "prisioner in the hospital" and "person dressing from poor to rich" pranks rely on the person being pranked just not having peripheral vision
I've seen these videos crop up on Facebook. They last for like ten whole minutes and they do nothing but waste time the entire time while teasing you with the outcome. The fact that they condensed it down to just a minute is a blessing in of itself.
