Very interesting, never thought about separating hamstrings from leg day. Love doing RDL combined with lying leg curls such effective exercises. Going to give good morning exercise a bash. Just recently found your channel and I'm loving it. You confirm a lot of things I already do, keep up the work🤙🏾

Legs need HIGH volume, and good love that your showing something more than squats and normal deadlifts. My fav are the single leg hamstring bridge. good for strengthening the knees

Thanks for the tips. Started doing these after I did a couple of months of squats/bench press/overhead press/deadlift/barbel row, because I started to notice something lacking with my squats: general lower back pain (ever so slightly, but noticable) and a discomfort in my inner thigh after heavy squatting. Lowered the weights on my squats and I'm going to combine these now. Hopefully, and I'm sure they will, I'll feel a huge difference in lower, lower back and core strength and stability!

Great video. For some reason, I always get lower back pain when doing RDLs (barbell's or dumbbell's) but am fine with Good Mornings so stick to those. I think it might be not being able to keep a strong core with the RDLs as there's no fixed point like in with Landmine RDLs so I do those instead.
