This powerful Moon Salutation popularly known as Chandra Namaskar helps you in channelizing the lunar energy; which has cool, relaxing, and creative qualities. Chandra Namaskar also stretches the spine, hamstrings, and backs of legs; strengthens leg, arm, back, and stomach muscles.

@@movewithagnes I actually just started learning Moon salutations so I didn't get bored with the sun salutations. They're both so good and you feel them in different body parts the next day

Work out kar ne par mujhe bahut thakawat hoti hai par tumhare yoga videos dekh ke mai jo bhi yoga asanas karti hu us se mujhe bahut hi energy milti hai , thank you Akshaya😊.belly fat mera burn nahi ho raha hai😢

The pace of your practice allows for my partner to learn (he's beginning) but gives me time to stay with my body and work each flow deeper without feeling like I'm running through a class just to get it out of the way. Wow.. i sweated so much😮.. didnt expect it actually. It was not difficult but was really intense after 2 rounds for me.. still completed till 7 rounds😂😂.. Thank you

I missed my morning yoga and thought I should try this sequence in the evening. I managed to do all 8 repetitions with just the ad break.. Really enjoyed it and feel really energetic after it.. Thank you sweetheart ❤

You can wear a watch tracker to track calories. Everyone burns calorie differently depending on body type, age, metabolism etc.

You have to be doing all styles like yoga, cardio, pilates, weights to see results and to get in a variety. Also diet is major here, exercising is only 20%
