If it is registered, has passed I inspection (as far as the state knows), and has insurance. It’s a street car IMO. I’ve had stock driveline daily drivers with no AC and no wipers.
I had twin- turbos on my 1998 ws6 trans am I put them on the bottom not the top but had a pump send the oil , fun ain't it 😁😁😁 also blown up the original motor and put a 2000 corvette motor in it but still thinking about putting a screw supercharger in it but just about to old new 64 , I would have to add extra horse power for the lag from the foot and brain at the tree oh forgot to add I'm female I need to put a rear end or build this one what would you do all insides are there ? New rear or leave stock and build rear thanks beautiful car love it

First off definitely Beautiful Machine... But as far as the question is it street ? In my Opinion i think street brackets are cars without chutes to stop , no roll cage , your in like the 8 sec class or something with that thing ... If its so fast that you need chutes and cage at the dragstrip i would say your in a different bracket my friend for sure!
