Greetings everyone! I appreciated do this video with you! I am a 64 year old woman. I never saw any of my elders lifting weights, so this is a new concept for me! I do remember my elder aunties dieting all the time, but the exercise component was absent! I appreciate feeling empowered by these videos to take care of my body by maintaining my strength with weights and doing other exercises for cardio health 💞 These videos prepared with seniors in mind are very encouraging! Thank you for another kind of my favourite exercise. Particularly important, I think, is this exercise of lifting weights in combination with balance. I think it's also a test of our balance. Thank you, Meg, for the cool exercises.💛
