Aw man, looking for some good ones to do while recovering from a pelvic injury, so I had to stop at crunches unfortunately! Definitely will come back later in recovery when I’m still not allowed to go back to my regular workouts but more able to use my core!

Thank you! ❤️ If you workout the arms area / upper body at least 3 days a week, you should be able to see a difference in a few weeks / up to a few months depending on the fat percentage in your body and your eating habits. Hope this helps!

How long does this take to see effect? If you do this once or twice a day?

I can’t answer for each individual because it depends on your body fat percentage, how and what you eat, your sleeping habits, how much you hydrate yourself. It can take roughly from 2 weeks up to a few months taking all the factors into consideration.

There is a fluid in the joints called synovial fluid & sometimes when the fluid moves during movement, it may make a popping sound. Hearing a pop in the shoulder can be unsettling. However, unless it accompanies pain, swelling or any other symptoms, joint cracking / popping is usually harmless & common.
