Tool fan here.....new sub right here for ya. Vildjarta and humanity's last breath are two of my favorite bands besides tool.....thall just hits different......andi would HIGHLY RECOMEND DOING A REACT VIDEO to one of the new HLB songs that came out recently

I love this band with all my heart. That being said, I highly recommend checking out the song Lavender Haze off their new album Masstaden Under Vatten. It’s completely instrumental and their opening track from the album. Since you aren’t a fan of the vocals.

Vildhjarta and HLB are definitely some bands that scratch my Tool itch (that didn't sound right). I also recommend the new Humanity's Last Breat track Instill.

@@toolfanreacts it was an instant peak life moment. Strutting to my front row seat like I owned the place, with my buddies who been listening to tool together since the 5th grade. Being 15 feet from Justin and his very engaging aura, seeing Swamp Song, Rosetta Stoned, Jambi.... And sneaking my friend down for the encore, to have Danny walk right up to her after, and hand her a stick. I had wet eyes for the entire show. Usually having nose bleed seats, aside from once, but still row 20 or so at the Gorge on 10000 days tour... I felt like a kid with his hand in the cookie jar, every time I turned around and saw 17000 people, BEHIND me. And turning back around, to only a barrier between me and the best live band on the planet... Well, you get it, no need to yammer on any longer 😂 TLDR: it was EPIC!!!!

Anyone can make that claim towards any genre they don't listen to, but it will ALWAYS be ignorant a sign that person didn't pay attention.

This is a great tune from them. They have since remastered this song on a "Forte" version of the album and albums everything sounds better on there. This recording can come off a bit tinny but I doubt that would have greatly changed your opinion on the writing style. They did used to have two vocalists which I sometimes miss. Vildhjarta is literally releasing a new song today. You should go back to doing things they released after 2020. It's all gold. Please react to one of the newest songs!

Thanks for asking! Den Spanska Kanslen is probably my favorite. Translates to "The Spanish Feeling". It's is over 7 minutes longs so if you want something still good but a bit shorter, Ylva is also very solid and under 5 minutes I do believe. @@toolfanreacts

In this vein? If your referencing the genre, its called “thall” but its not an official genre, and this band coined the term, creating this genre, i guess its really something like djent/deathcore, but id recommend their newest album, you might not like it but its worth a listen, blew my mind when i first heard it cause these guys almost completely broke everything i knew about music, love it. Something that stands out to me after listening to it for a few years is how beautiful and eerie the ambience that lingers behind the heavy parts is.
