Thank you for this, TP! So relieved to hear Warframe will carry on. The split in the team to form Soulframe had me seriously worried that Warframe would wither and fade but it sounds like it's going from strength to strength. This game has been like manna from heaven for me - absolutely love it.

I am soooo looking forward to coming back to Warframe when they get cross saves figured out so I can migrate from PS to PC.

On one hand I’m glad warframes are getting drifter weapons because I’ve wanted duel nikana for years and years but I’m also sad that once again drifter becomes something plain after going through something. I had hoped the drifter melee would stay for normal starchart missions or at least a version of it so it’s not just a “switch to amp person” thing.

Well they responded to Trials specifically. They didn't say raids in general. And Scott said a few years ago that he wanted the Third Orb fight to be a raid. And over the years it really looked Warframe was experimenting with "raid-like" mechanics. So I think they wanted to see if how to make a new form of raids work in Warframe before bringing them back. But since there's a drone inspecting the third orb, there might be the possibility that Scott's idea is still in the works but they want to make sure it'll deliver and want to find out how to implement every possible detail before they'll do it. Maybe I'm just having too much hope.

3:55 Not so much the Man in the Wall. Think of it like this. Dominous Thrax is an interesting character. He is very emotionally stunted, he seems to struggle to read expressions and has all his subjects wear masks with exaggerated expressions instead, he likes routines and hates change, his left arm appears to have regular fair skin showing under the armor, he has a hyper fixation on our Drifter in particular, and the recent trailer shows us extending our hand to him in friendship. Looking back at those first points, who does that sound like? A certain Autistic (not said in a derogatory manner, he did have it) Tenno who was ostracized for his behavior and treated differently by the other Tenno, even to the point he was essentially an outcast shortly after the jump when they were trying to hide from the adults who went mad. With our Tenno having been depicted almost like the leader in the flashbacks, checking in on everyone and such, would it be so bold to assume Rell saw us as the leader of the other children on the Zariman? If that is the case, and he is Dominous Thrax, it could explain the looping cycle of the execution of our Drifter.

Challenging content....Maybe add Another weekly mission where you( and friends) Find an ancient Relic on LUA that is emitting powerful void energy and EVERYBODY wants some of it(Mix of 3 enemies to diverse dmg weaknesses), so they send squads of their " "strongest" " units or even a new enemies like a "Kuva Hunters(Not Lich)" or "Wraith Hunters" from Grineer and as you fight through these units you complete 2or5 mini old Orokin challenges(i.e.: wall latch & shoot moving targets within time period ,which you can redo, or kill 3 corrupted Dax enemies at once ). The doors open.....the players find a familiar weapon, one that is a SIGNATURE weapon of a Warframe (i.e. : the Tekko as Atlas) and after interacting with it you get transported to a Arena where you will Fight the Warframe as a BOSS with Them using their signature weapon/s and Abilities with phases (so like whenever you dmg 25% of Atlas' hp, he'll be covered in a stone wall and you must then fight the golems by hitting them at weak spots as an Operator/Drifter after which Atlas will either roll the wall or throw it at a player) and to make it so you can't 1shot them weapon Mods don't apply or all weapon types have a dmg value(i.e.: Autos do 10dmg per shot, AOE do 150dmg, shotguns 60dmg). Rewards could be like 5k Endo common or legendary core Legendary. Everyweek, different Warframe. Arena of Leverian or something.

Thanks for the quick rundown, kinda happy a lot of this is its own thing, been trying to grind missing bits here and there with a friend after crossplay so I kinda enjoy not having a new "deimos" type thing with duviri being very "outside" of the loop

It is both positive to hear they have a plan, but there is a lot more of 'on hold', 'won't be coming back', 'won't be happening', and 'no' from this Reddit AMA.

one thing, that would add a lot for the game, would be enemies formations. instead of them coming in a line one after another to get slaughered, having ai actually spawn and move in set formations would be interesting. i can especially see that with grineer and moas

Seeing the mesa shooting the space worm gave me an idea for her 1. Say u activate and then charge it up like normal, but once it's charged u can pull out her 4 and all her peacemaker shots become empowered for a short duration

Would have liked more fixes for previous content (especially Archwing and PvP), but more story sounds good to me. There's only so many resources DE has at their disposal, and focusing on expanding the story and cross-save makes more sense (even if cross-save has no effect on me, there are so many people that are holding off coming back to Warframe until it's implemented).

They planned 5 years ahead in terms of story? That's 3 whole patches!!!

3:32 about the intrinsics mentioned in the answer they said on stream that rank 9 will be usable outside duviri, so according to the first duviri devtream that's: - 1 Arcane from vendor every day - Kaithe during missions (most likely just open worlds) - 5 hp/s regen on drifter

on a cannonical level, neither the zariman on the solar chart or in the rift can be the zariman the operators returned in before the old war, due to the dialog talking about how everything to do with the accident was covered up.

It's good that they pretty much officially stated they're going down the route of power fantasy and the reasoning behind it. Yeah Pablo's completely right - the way Warframe works at this point makes creating actually truly hard, challenging content without adding artificial difficulty like invuln phases and insane hp/armor values extremely hard to do. We're just too powerful. That said I do hope Duviri reigns that power in a bit; at least initially. My kind of fun has always been about being challenged. Power Fantasy is all well and good, but nothing feels better than actually feeling like I accomplished something. I also hope this means Soulframe will be more on the challenging side than the power fantasy. Also who tf asked for yet ANOTHER Saryn rework? Are they insane?

I would like to see a Warframe card game and other mini games to pass the time when you’re burned out from the grind

On the pvp aspect... i always thought it would be a good idea to play pvp by transcending into syndicate's version of weaker, slower, squishier versions of warframes. It could balance out the power creep. At the same time treating it like an optional standalone content. Think call of duty to warzone. To attract players outside the main game while making it accessible to people who wants a pallete cleansee from the grind...

You see I would get back to warfare but the amount of stuff I have to do is just way too much

Gauss Deluxe is an instabuy for me and I haven't played in a year. He is definitely my favorite frame, just so much fun to run that fast and annihilate enemies.

I’d still like some of the older bounties and farms to get a few updates or additional mode locations. We use far too little of the maps and there’s some really nice looking features that if you don’t explore you will never have cause to see.

I think PVP should be made from the Grineer and Corpus. Add a new console to the orbiter in the living courters as a screen you can approach to view the front lines, kinda like the invasions but its more explaining how PvP works. Have the models like Kahl and the other guy with editable classes. Take out the aim gliding across map warframes and create a boots on the ground Grineer vs Corpus Invasion mode. Maybe even take out the old invasions and replace it with this. Keeping old rewards for winning matches in this mode, but breathing new life into a long dead game mode that creates a competitive environment. Since it will be small squad gameplay I would do objective based matches, instead of a out right team deathmatch type unless the engine can handle more than 4v4. IDK thoughts?

I kind of hope they will finish up crossplay friends and clan functionality. Really would make it easier being able to add players on other consoles to my friends list or clan. And being able to make crossplay alliances is something I really hope happens. Me and my friends were hoping to combine all our clans on different consoles into one alliance. But I don’t believe that has been implemented yet

Very interesting content. Phrases like " Keep the game fresh for the devs", "if the community find that interesting", "duviri is maybe its own game mode", "staying true to the power fantasy". Comparing that to the recent changes in Destiny 2, in bungies game those phrases don't exist, and its a testament to DE, the devs and the community that the gameplay has remained true to origonal vision.

I hope they give an incarnon dual zoren. The zorens are classic warframe nostalgic weapons & got passed over on primes. This would be a good way to boost em back up. They could even ad some coptering tribute type effect to one the the incarnon choices I also wish they would focus a bit more on raids or an end game

Really want a companion rework. I always thought it was odd Sentinels can be nodded directly and your can give them a weapon and mod their weapons too. But organic companions have to hold damage and survivability mods all on them. We all got a base collar for our kubrows and kavats. Why not treat that like a weapon and let us mod it? Would allow the prime collar to some actual use, too. My other wish for Warframe is am expansion on Archwing and Railjack. I dont want to see Amesha and Mousolon nerfed, but there definitely needs to be a buff to some of the other Archguns and adjustments to Elytron and Odanata especially. Itzal seems fine, but the other two do not feel like the DPS or tank they are supposed to be. Was hoping Raids/Trials would have been higher on the priority list but oh well.

At least there was something about cross-save. All I want is to clone my old Xbox account over to PC one time, all my old purchases (including Tennogen) and progress intact, though! No need to get fancy, DE! A lot of the other bits sound neat, too. I always loved Saryn, just because I'm a slut for DoT abilities in any game I play, but is she really that much of a bother? Is she currently under or over powered?

Cross-save is all I need. Add that and then I'll come back.

We really need cross save fr I've played warframe on the Xbox 1 (and it's pretty old lol) and I got a ps5 in 2020 and a pc last year so I really want to be able to play on other platforms without having to make a whole new account so I hope cross save comes soon in the future

if they could overhaul PVP and do something major with it, they could boost their playerbase by a whopping margin. i know several people who would play simply for the movement but arent pve fans

i used to play warframe so much, then i stopped for 2 years, when i came back im totally lost, i really loved this game but i cant seem to get back to it sadly, i asked a few friends to join me to make it interesting however they dropped it after a while too, to them it is not beginner friendly, undeniable, as all other MMORPG games where the more the contents are added, the more the grind needed for a newcomer to join the majority of the player base.

are we going to use stalker for just a temporary thing or only in the duviri universe?

GUNZ online, take the cosmetics sytem of warframe and add abilities into the gunz online play system and kind make a mash between the two. nad it would probably perfect but the move sets should probably changed to be based on the source but change compltly to be new move specific to pvp
