I am a gastric bypass post-op patient who also happens to be a primary health care provider. After many years talking to and treating patients on their own weight loss surgery journeys, I decided to have surgery myself. Cheesecake Recipe
1 1/2 C Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
4 Egg Whites
2 T Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1 1/2 T Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup like Davinci or Torani
3 Packs Splenda
Mix until well-blended. Pour into lightly sprayed small baking dish or mini loaf pans. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into servings when completely cooled. Refrigerate. Makes four servings.
In the video I topped the cheesecake with canned sugar free cherry pie mix and sugar free Redi Whip. I have also topped with a variety of low sugar fruits like berries or sugar free chocolate or caramel syrup. Yum!
