I went all in Keto for a year and fall off big. Now after 2 years going more Ketovor low carb A LOT OF EXERCISE my weight is back down. I will NEVER go off again. You are right to maintain is hard. Working out is a must for me to maintain. :)
Girllll you helped me so much! You have no idea. I started keto a few weeks ago and have not been faithful or doing it right and have struggled to want to. Your videos are providing the “want to” for me and I need that. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever weighed, I have some signs of insulin resistance and diabetes is on every side of my family no matter what side you look at lol. So thank you girl! i gained weight after stopping keto too, i lost 90lbs, quit keto 6 months ago, said "ill have just a little cheat" and that turned into 29lbs regained lol. Im just about to complete week 2 back on keto, last weight in i already lost 5.3lbs hopefully tomorrow when i weigh in im down another 5lbs.
Weigh once a week once you’ve reached your goal weight so that you never gain more then a few pounds before making an adjustment over the following week. Keep carbs under 100 a day. I find once we learn how to use low carb to lose weight it’s easy to carb cycle to maintain weight. Also keep your portions and calories where they need to be for maintenance. It’s easier to fix 5lbs then it is to fix 30lbs
@@wereachhomestead6348 I should start weighing in once i reach my goal just to keep it in mind. My issue is i pretty much mastered losing weight with keto for my body, and i developed this habit that i can just quit, eat junk, then lose it quickly. Thats bad and i have to find a way to resist that mindset.

I like taco stuffed peppers and pizza made with a low carb tortilla for the crust. So good!! I also bake chicken breast with a mixture of mayo, garlic powder and parmesan cheese brushed on top. It makes kind of a crust on top of the chicken and the mayo keeps it moist.
@@LowCarbLoveexact recipe: 4 chicken breasts 1c mayo 1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese. 1/4 tsp of seasonal salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder Bake at 375 for 45 min or longer depending on the thickness of your chicken. I served this to company and everyone raved about it!!

I love to just put strawberries n bananas with some sliced almonds as my cereal. You’d be surprised… It works great! I get a little crunch and the strawberries n banana slices taste great in milk. It’s not processed and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! 😎

All these meal look amazing. Can you please make more budget friendly meals. I am on a strict budget and would like to eat healthier. I do not understand why food that are unhealthy are always cheaper.
because our tax money subsidizes all those cheap fillers that keep us fat and unhealthy so processed foods are made with 4 basic crops and then whatever chemicals will give it the flavour they want it to have.
I don't find that at all. Fresh Greens, Cabbage, Mustard Greens, etc are very economical. Frozen veggies of all types are pretty frugal. Chicken, tuna in cans, eggs still pretty economical. Peanut butter as well as peanuts pretty economical. Fruits that are lower in Carbs (you just have to use portion control), bagged apples. This is a real good choice as they are cheaper than individual and, more importantly, SMALLER--the size of your palm of your hand usually. I just bought a bag of small Honey Crisp Apples for $2.96. They're are sales every week. Groceries in general are not cheap but it just drives me crazy when people say how cheap junk food is. It is actually fairly expensive. My husband delivers potato chips for Frito-Lay. They literally go up every two to three months. Yet they FLY off of the shelf. People do not WANT to eat ground beef and cabbage. Overall, people do not want to throw four chicken breasts in the oven or pan fry it in a little oil, steam some frozen green beans, chop up a little lettuce or greens, throw a few cherry tomatoes and some sunflower seeds (also a cheap nut) on top with a little dressing or lemon and a little olive oil. In general, people do not want to cook. They want what I call "easy food", processed and ready to eat.

A lot of Meals can be easy and tasty and convienient, with the right attitude and ingredients and minor preparation. Baking Multiple Chicken Breasts(or Thighs or Legs if preferred) at one time, can be used over a week's meals(or sliced and frozen into containers for future meals). Same with Fruits and Vegetables and Legumes and Grains. Whatever is on Sale or Affordable each week, base your meals around those. Everyone needs Proteins/Fruits/Vegetables/Grains/Fats. Incorporate Flexible Options(Even if not 100% Clean or Ideal but Economical) of these into your meals, and you're good to go. Progress not Perfection. Make It An Adventure/Treasure Hunt. What Inexpensive Meals and Groceries can You Uncover and Come Up With?🤔😎👍👍👏👏

I love your videos. I have to say what’s helping me lose weight is staying away from anything bread wise. I told myself no bread and no gluten. And so far I’ve been feeling great. I eat nothing but veggies, meats and fruits. My carbs are jasmine rice and oatmeal, sweet potato and as hard as it is for me I stay away from coffee and alcohol due to my RA.
I have a friend who lost 90 pounds on Keto. She experienced the same challenge with weight slowly creeping on little by little. The first week of every month she goes back to strict Keto counting macros to keep her mindful of amounts. She says this helps remind her of the things she has to be a little more cautious about eating.

I love that there are so many wonderful options out there for Keto and low-carb diets. I'm now in a different country, and meat prices here have doubled and more since Covid. Things from the US have to be imported so there's more cost there too. It makes the diet a bit more complicated, sadly. There are times I have to eat carbs because I can't afford protein.

To lose weight i cant do three eatings a day plus the snack you just did cause that eating so many times activates insulin spikes and you know what that means
You need some cilantro, tomato, onion, possibly cotija, but I don't care for spicy or bell peppers, but that looks so good, I want a bite. I'm open minded to try stuff, and even though I don't like my mouth burning from heat, chiles give food so much flavor.

The one thing I noticed after being hardcore Keto for only just two months, my body normalized thus allowing me to have treats or cheats without stopping the weight loss and now I can even maintain my weight loss as long as I stick to the core of fighting carbs. Enriched carbs and sugar are always going to destroy our bodies.

I've been at my goal weight for about 2 years now. I allow myself to cheat for one meal just once a week. For example, for breakfast, I'll have an English muffin with my eggs and coffee. Then I'll stick to keto (or low carb) the rest of that day and will not waiver for another week. If I know I'm gonna cheat, like Thanksgiving coming up, I'll behave and just stick to the program until that day comes for the week. I hope this helps. Oh, one more thing. For some reason where I live I cannot get good avocadoes this time of year. They are very watery and turn brown fast no matter what I do to preserve them.
I know this is totally random, but when she opens her refrigerator door, how does she not break the glass on the back door? literally, sometimes when I open my refrigerator door, it just flies open by itself….. I just couldn’t help but obsess over this for a minute
