Omg yes! Please do more Dairy Free recipes as you learn and get into DF eating. I had pretty great success on keto a few years back when I was still able to get away with eating dairy as long as I took pills, however overtime my lactose intolerance has progressed to being so bad that even with Lactaid before meals and Pepto after, there is still a high chance of suffrage later ( IYKYK lol). I keep trying to get back into Keto as it was the only lifestyle that actually worked and I felt good on however It can feel very intimidating and stressful to find recipes that are good, filling, and Dairy free, so I am so excited that you posted this video and look forward to more hopefully. Thankyou!😊

I’ve been dairy free for 3 years and gf for 5! I love adding mayo for a little creamy flavor sometimes I’ll mix avocado and mayo together to make a crema. Yes eliminating things from your diet makes you more sensitive! I also really enjoy nutritional yeast for a cheesy tang on Mexican food.

Yep. Went to mexico last week and I ate normal foods like tacos etc. I thought I was gonna die in the middle of the night. Everyone else was fine BUT me. I was shaking, had shivers & throwing up. so bad

Hi Mayra. These recipes look great and will try them soon. I sometimes limit dairy to attain a certain weight goal. I have found Hemp Hearts (easily purchased at Costco) to be amazing, fresh, filling, and high in antioxidants, good fats, and goodness in general. Hemp Heart Milk: 3 Tbl Hemp Hearts, 3 Cups Clean Water, pinch of good quality Salt (optional: 3/4 tsp Vanilla, 1/2-1 Tbl Sweetener). I blend it in my NutriBullet and it lasts up to 3 days in the fridge. (Some like to strain the fiber, but there is good nutrition in it so I just drink it) [Variations: Strawberry Milk - Add 1/2 Cup Strawberries and 1 Tbl Sweetener. Chocolate Milk - Add 1 Tbl Cocoa and 1 Tbl Sweetener] Hemp Cream Cheese Dip/Spread: 1 1/2 Cups Hemp Hearts, Juice of 1 Lemon, Zest of 1 Lime, Juice of 1-2 Limes, 1-2 Garlic Cloves minced, 1/2 Cup fresh Dill chopped (or any herb combo you like), pinch of salt and pepper, Start with 1 Tbl Water. Blend it and taste for seasoning and consistency. Add more water, salt, pepper as desired. 😘 ps. The milk tastes best after a couple of hours in the fridge. It is also great in recipes. 💖

Kite Hill has lovely dairy substitutes😌 yes please to fresh recipes! Also when you reintroduce dairy, consider goat and sheep dairy. I'm very sensitive to cow dairy but sheep and goat I do great and they taste amazing✌🏽❤

Absolutely more sensitive!!! Pero it’s a good thing! The more “Frankenfoods” we eliminate the better we are digesting whole, real foods. It is a process and for some people like me, it’s a loooooong one lol but it’s worth it girl! Dairy free is on my to do list and this just ups the anty in trying it out. I have PCOS and dairy free is supposed to help. Gluten free def has helped. So proud of you. Your growth and progress is a good motivation for all of us!

You can try dairy free yogurts as a sub for sour cream, too. Kite Hill is a pretty good brand we use. :)

Cutting out dairy has cleared up my skin and eliminates stomach issues. I like it but my body doesn’t 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’d be interested in more non dairy keto meal ideas!

I have recently started eating carnivore. I noticed problems with veggies which hurts my heart because I love them. I can do dairy but only a small amount. I'm not a huge fan of cheese (I know,I'm weird)but it makes it easier to keep my dairy intake pretty low. Even though I'm eating meat,fat,and eggs I'll always watch your videos. Your channel is one of my favorites. 🙂

I have believed that the keto diet is not for me, because the more food I eliminate and the cleaner I eat, it seems that my body is more sensitive to more and more things. so it gives me a lot of relief to hear you say the same! I learned about the keto diet when I started breastfeeding and my children are allergic to casein from cow's milk, (I cannot consume it because this protein from milk passes into breast milk and causes a lot of damage to the stomach and skin) so my battle for a year has been to find dairy-free keto recipes. Thanks for this video!

Hi Mayra, I've also been having stomach issues. I'm Donnie's age and things are definitely changing. I just can't eat everything that I used to eat without some gastric upset. If you can't pinpoint your problem foods try fasting. Then add one of two foods every couple days and see what triggers a response a d keep a food journal and how you feel so you can go back. I found all my health problems are dietary

I love the wraps for warmer months but now it's snowing and in the 30's up here in the Great white north. I have issues with Candida and I’ve read articles that strict Keto can actually make candida worse because the yeast instead of feeding of sugars is now feeding on ketones. In that case you’ll get more bloating, gas and other digestive issues and more. So the gluten and dairy reduction can help with some of that but we’ve gotta fill our guts with Healthy bacteria’s, probiotics, prebiotics, etc. when I did low carb, not strict Keto, and took probiotics my symptoms have actually improved. Just a thought 😃 love your channel and personality!!

What I read is that if you stop eating certain things, like gluten, dairy, etc, your body reduces the amount of enzymes it produces to digest the various proteins. So then when you toss something into your system that it is not used to digesting...wham!! I find it helps to keep quantities of issue-causing food low and take a good quality digestive enzyme before I eat. I also take probiotics. :) Sadly, egg whites bother me, so if I want eggs, I have to prep beforehand to head off a bad response from my gut.

I love Nespresso coffee with 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp MCT oil. Yummm…butter does not bother me. Very little milk proteins. I also use ghee.

Yes please share your journey with us of your issues with Dairy & Gluten please! I would really love to see some Gluten, Yeast, Dairy, Wheat Free Recipes please. I have Scleroderma Autoimmune Disease along with alot of other Autoimmune Disease's & I am Gluten/Yeast/Wheat/Dairy & along list of other food ing that I have issues with but the ones listed are the worst. I haven't had red meat in over 10 years, I eat Turkey Fish Chicken (makes the best hamburgers-I cook them in water just enough to come 1/2 way up burger) when done then put in dry skillet to get alittle brown, this way they are extremely moist. I eat alot of baby rice ceral.

I agree the more strict you are with your diet the more you have problems if you decide you dont want to stay dairy free as an example. I think you have to be really careful or you can get to a place that is hard to change out of

My huge cystic acne I used to get on my chin disappeared after I stopped dairy. My skin has never been so clear. I became gluten free due an allergic reaction to it. Before becoming allergic to gluten I had bad bloating and diarrhea from gluten. I’m all better now.

I have been gf for over 30 years due to Celiac disease. I think that made it easier to transition to Keto. I struggle with dairy too. I really appreciate your dairy free recipes. Just so you know, there is maltodextrin in this Laird creamer =/ They have to put it on a sticky label to sell in Canada because we have stricter laws, thought you should know as it raises blood sugar quite a bit.

I'm thrilled you are doing dairy free! If I do to much dairy the back if my hands start breaking out then my face. I a few times before I realized my sensitivity to dairy had my face around my mouth be raw. I looked like I was burned! I still do cream in my coffee but trying to cut back! The struggle is real!

heavy cream messes me up in the GI department. Pizza and spaghettis' messes me up in that dept as well which is why i decided to do low carb. Im trying to find alternatives and this video helps me out a ton. Thank you. I will try this . My celiac test was negative but something in pizza and spagetti jacks me up and makes me vomit or.. need the toilet TMI sorry. So crazy!
