The best video on mutual no contact I've heard. It's been 28 days on my second no contact. I struggle some days but I know its for the best. I'm working on myself, and she is becoming less and less, albeit so slowly, of an emotional drain. The pain is getting less. I just have to get past Xmas and new year, with the other things going on in my life. Update! I broke no contact, fell off the wagon, wished her a happy new year. No reply. I'm more than over her now I know more from others what she's been doing/saying. Having a good laugh and enjoying life not caring about the damage she caused me.

Her husband and son are arranging our special activities for us because I have polio which affected both my legs & these activities are going to be skydiving, jetskiing, and snorkeling yay! I'm really glad this topic came up. Great video! I've really been enjoying the videos that you guys post on this channel. They have definitely helped me to get my mindset in the right place! Your videos have helped inspire me to use this break up as fuel to move myself forward, to work towards my goals, to show the world the best version of myself, and it's already paying off in much bigger ways than I could have imagined when this whole thing started. I'm in a good place and feel happy again even without my ex in my life. I still care for her because I really do feel that we shared a significant connection but I also know that I can and will be happy with or without her. If she does end up coming back around then I'll be ready to show her my growth. If not then I'll be in the best place possible to start something new. win win! Okay this is really crazy but last night, literally the same day that I wrote the comment above my ex reached out with a very kind message after us not having any contact with each other for over a month. I don't know what will happen from here but honestly just getting that message from her meant a lot to me. Just knowing that we still respect each other and hold each other in high regards brought me a lot of peace. I just wanted to post about this here to let people know that there is hope and that the methods that these videos recommend really do seem to be working on multiple levels. Just make sure you are approaching using these methods as a way of giving both your ex partner and yourself what you need and not as some sort of emotional manipulation. You should not ever want to manipulate someone into being with you. You should inspire them by first inspiring yourself!

I will never call my former relationship an ex it’s over and it’s done we moved on. I am responsible to heal myself and hone in on my autonomy so that I am able to not repeat the same mistakes and make better choices who I bring into my life. Take your time to heal so that when the appropriate person enters your life you will be ready without having any unresolved issues to carry over into your new relationship that can sabotage your life. If you can help it stop using the word EX even if you want to connect with the person enter as a new you it will be proven that you have done the work on yourself through healing

Can I ask you what should I do if I’ve been with my girlfriend for 7 years she left me because of lack of respect love and support and I realized she’s right and want to fix things but instead of talking to her I ran to her family and asked for help and now everyone thinks I’m desperate and her family blames her for breaking my heart .. What if I had been no contact 5 weeks and he had a friend call me to check my temperature. He then talked to me and said he did not know what that call was about (I don't) believe him but he had no answers to any questions. I am Trying to move on so I went right back no contact. What if I re established contact, things went well, but then they got more and more distant until finally they blocked me everywhere (without me messaging them too much or annoying them in any way shape or form)? I'm tempted to send them an e-mail to tell them my plan (LDR getting back together), which I was going to tell them organically but they pulled away and disappeared before I could, it's now been over 2 weeks and they still haven't even logged on to see my last messages...

Hello coaches, I need advice. My ex asked me if I want us to talk or not at least for now after 2 weeks of No contact and within that 1 week of radio silent. What do I answer? I know my ex definitely wants to keep me in their life but I think right now its most likely still only as a friend. Ive been thinking for almost a week of what to answer cuz I dont want to ruin my chances of getting them back that are already low because we have been long distance and my ex travels for work and is almost 24/7 with the people that helped my ex decide to end it with me by giving my ex all these view points of why stuff werent the best for us and also by showing my ex they are the kind of happy people my ex wants to be around, therefor, me having a hard time in my life I wasnt "happy/positive enough" for my ex.

My ex dumped me after 6 years but was very sad about it. It was her first relationship so i guess she had a hard time detaching despite breaking up, because we stayed in physical contact for 6 months. Then texting slowly stopped, until she asked for no contact so we could move on early december. It's so true "newsflash: it already happened" i'm feeling like we just broke up but it really happened 9 months ago...

Hi. So my ex broke up with me a year ago. She did this few days after my birthday. We moved for the first time after 2 years to live together and we but started studies. I quitted and she continues with the university. We split at the middle of the contract and we decided that no one will be there, we continue to speak only on apartment stuff until last September when we finished contract. We have had a kinda of a closure conversation where i understand she hung out with others and im not, and we didnt speak since then. Recently one of my friends told me she deleted our photos and stopped following me on IG . Is this a sign ? Is there a chance for a second chance to teo of us? We did finish in very good condition. Hey coach!me and my fiance was decited to break up in 3 weeks ago,me i was strong at the first day and try to make her stay strong also while she was really sad..but the day after i was realise that i lose her for forever and i was begging her for a week to be together again or maybe theres a chance in future,and she was said "we need to heal and make ourself happy thats the reason we decited to break up"and she told me stop for hope.. Ok, but. What if you were the one that hurt them in the relationship. In short COVID/lockdowns triggered a mental breakdown for me, I did not deal well with things and became very disrespectful and snappy, destroying an otherwise wonderful long term relationship. Surely at some point, I need to reach out, given I was the one who ruined things with my behaviour? No contact basically since early Feb, complete no contact since the middle of Feb. Hi, Adrian I really hope u reply to my comment. We broke up like two weeks ago but we were talking but not so close like we used to be and he always wanted me to contact him well when we were together. He said he coildnt believe me, anxious when I didnt reply him fast etc. And after we broke up, about week ago i started no contact and he contacted me like why arent u replying, how am i supposed to know who u were meeting when u dont reply me for like 2 days and stuff like this. And after that he stopped messaging me and its been three days after that happened. He was tired of me being clingy and saying we should try again, but seems likr hr wants me back and beg? Should I tell her that I’m doing no contact? We already broke up a week ago… but I came to the conclusion that I wanted to do no contact because we needed to space and time away from each other to grow. When we broke up I did everything with the idea that I wasn’t going to live without her I know it’s only been a week now but I’ve been listening to other people’s opinions and things along those lines.
