It was like trying to climb a very tall peak when you were with the narcissist. At first, it looked like it would be possible, but as time went on, they became much more insistent. Every day, they didn't like you as much, which made you feel overlooked and worn out. No matter how hard you worked or how much money you spent, it was clear that you could never meet their high standards. Narcissists knew how to twist the truth, make you feel bad about yourself, and blame your problems on them.

True. I think, from my own experience, a narc. wants a long-term victim while a victim should sever the relationship asap. But it takes a long time to realize who they are dealing with. A narc will always be a narc and they dont want to let u go. ❤

I love the anology that we should not feed zoo animals like we should not feed narcissists supply. 28:12 I never realized that narcisists want us to feel down about THEM to provoke us to feel envious of them. It makes more sense now, why the MORE we try to be kind to them, the more cruel they become. 25:49 The person I stay with is a 50 years old slave to his mother. I don't think he will ever find a girlfriend or get married, because his mother controlled him like a puppet his whole life. She's rich, so she pays him a lot of money to do endless chores for her. She stole his ambition to do things that HE loves, and turned him into an emotionless zombie who depends on her to make ALL of his decisions FOR him. Her health is deteriorating, so he will have to take care of her MORE and I worry that when she dies, he will be SO lost to know how to survive on his own, that he will drink more alcohol than he already does, and become more abusive.

10:26. I want to share why we SHOULD confront Narcissists to teach them, but only if they are NOT dangerous. I told my narcissistic sister that she'll be mad no matter WHAT I say, so I might as well tell her the TRUTH and make it WORTH our while. It WORKS, because they cannot argue with the truth, and they are afraid of us for NOT being afraid to tell them the truth, so they leave us ALONE in peace! I told this other person not to mention anything about me to his narcissists mother so I could be OFF her radar, but he didn't listen and she asked me to be her friend. 😱 I was SO scared to say anything, afraid she might retaliate and convince him to kick me out when I'm in a lot of pain. I finally told him that I've been neglecting my kids who suffered MANY years of mental issues from narcissistic abuse, because ALL of my focus was ONLY on how to respond to his mother without making her furious. He asked my advice on how to fix it, and I told him to simply tell her that TRUTH in one simple sentence, and if she gets mad, then SHE needs to change, because my future job REQUIRES me to use cognitive behavioral therapy to change unhealthy behaviors that affect others negatively. Since he is depressed, I took advantage of educating him about how our minds affect each other minds, and when we solve conflicts with the TRUTH it allows our minds to become crystal clear, 💎 and erases our depression by replenishing our dopamine levels that will make us happy and motivated. I thanked him for understanding and helping me release a lot of tension and pain, and for giving me peace that I NEVER knew existed, after realizing that I am FREE to finally focus on healing my children. He said that he noticed a huge difference in my improved optimism. 😅 My pain is disappearing every day that passes and I feel more hopeful than ever BEFORE. Narcisists are emotionally immature, so they NEED to be taught consequences about how their lack empathy and boundaries affects others. Thanks a MILLION for sharing your wisdom and giving us the courage to finally confront narcissists and STOP feeling guilty. 😅

It's all about what the narcissist want for themselves. Thats always their motive. What will this action get for them. I've experienced narcissists holding on until the empath says no more and has them leave to gain their sovereignty back..
