HIIT training is quite popular. I committed to it for years, until I realized that it was doing more harm than good. By slowing down, converting to walking as a form of exercise and ultimately the Tracy Anderson Method, that's when I noticed major improvements: my relationship with food, the health of my body and the slimming of my physique.
