I just can’t see why the hell they would unsubscribe just for a walking video well I didn’t watch them but just clicked only because I can’t walk far now I’ve got bad back knees and ankle problems I’m only 63 but I can ride my bike for an hour and then rest for half hour then another hour for up to 4 hours in the saddle every other day and I use to love walking 6/7 miles a day 20yrs ago with my late wife but it’s hard to do anything now with my conditions I suffer from and motivation with my loss but love your videos the content everything wish you and your wife all the best take care ride safe nick👍👍👋

I don’t take my good health and well being for granted. It’s why I squeeze as much as I can in. I realise a time will come that I can’t manage. I don’t want to regret time wasted later down the line. It sounds like you’ve done your fair share. A shame you aren’t as mobile as you would like but I’m glad you’re still able to get out and about on the bike. Thank you very much for your kind words. I can resonate with a lot of this. Winter definitely makes filming tricky! It's a funny old game in terms of people unsubscribing and doesn't make sense to me either. Keep up the good work

Spring is just around the corner. It’s been a long time coming. The unsubbing thing is odd I think, but a separate channel makes sense so it was probably the push I needed. Thanks THD, you keep at it too 👍🏼

I can't wait for spring to hit properly, but it is so very nice having a bit longer daylight each day. I work 12hr shifts, so is still pretty dark by the time I get home on day shifts but it is getting there 🙂 Some folk are a bit odd, the un-subbing thing is daft if they enjoy some content but not all, just don't watch the stuff you don't like, simples! A voice of an angel.... or do I mean angle!!! 😀 Hahaha

Maaate, you had me with much excite on the subject of pulling out 😃… how wrong I was, probably thankfully 😅😅. It’s great to see the weather starting to play ball for you over there, however that means it’s doing the opposite here 🥴. I really don’t get anyone unsubscribing & I am looking forward to stalking you on the new channel. TAYM showed my plea for help video that was taken before your very cleaver name of Bluetiful had been added to Bluey. I will have to let him know of the update sometime. Short story about the low blinding sun.. A tale of two villages, one huge factory in middle of them, one vil on the east, one on the west.. The one from the east has more expensive houses then then other.. Because 2/3 of the people of the both villages worked in the factory, and one has the travel against the sun in both directions every day, the other in the back.

Morning’! That muddy lane amused me! I went out yesterday. These days I’m a bit, in Yorkshire parlance, yes I’ve picked up a little over my 40 year sentence, nesh! Don’t especially like the cold, very strong winds and would avoid mud as that means having to clean the bike! 🙄 For a short run I took the Enfield Trials out on a run around Retford. Nice area and lots of lanes to ride down, not as many as you find- not jealous at all. 🤢Yesterday I found it’s picked up the National curse of road closed! But no, good, I was sent down a lane I’d not been before! 👍 That turned out to be muddier even than your road. A combination of flooded fields and tractors! 😱🤣

You shouldn’t refer to the Enfield as a tractor 😮🤣 I don’t mind what the weather is doing really, but the state the bike gets in does wear a bit thin. And rubbish weather makes filming too much hassle. Soon be summer though eh 😎 Cheers DD, be safe in the lanes up there 👍🏼

I have subscribed to you Westcountry Walks channel, as Jaki and I enjoy your walks as we can no longer walk any meaningful distance ourselves anymore, due to us both having COPD. Another of our favourite channels for walks is Coastrider Scotland, as he also does bike rides on the east coast of Scotland.

@@Saddlebags73 yes, Coastrider Scotland been lots of places without the Enfield! He and his lady have been up the odd mountain, they’ve peddled to beaches inaccessible by motorcycles and cars, and one time they even went out on kayaks! Also Bruce very kindly spots and films trains on the East Coast Main Line and adds them to his videos!

That looked like a lovely evening ride, though the roads did indeed look Horribly Horrid. Some of us enjoy ‘horrid’ it would seem 🤪 Regarding YT’s skullduggery…maybe to some degree, but I can see a handful unsubbed whilst viewing the vid. That’s okay though - I’m fine with that, and it pushed me to start a separate channel, which I’d been considering for some time. It makes sense. Those that are happy to watch whatever I put out there, are treasured and I’m extremely grateful for. Thank you Mr Wolf, I appreciate your support very much 🙏🏻👍🏼

Ha when you said pullouts, I thought you meant when Granny pulls out in front of you in her 100 year old Nissan Micra! You must have found the one sunny day this year, the rest have been shite. I'll sashay on over to your walks channel and sign up, although not sure how many I'll watch. We walked at Kynance on Sunday and my other half fell over and got a thigh strain it was that muddy.😅

“Pulling out” has multiple meanings 🤣 But nothing to do with dear old Edna in this instance. Yep the one nice day, and it’s been horrid ever since. Twinks and I have been walking the coast path a few times this year, and the mud in some places is horrendous. Makes it hard going, on top of the steepness of some of the hills and gale force winds almost taking us off our feet. I love a challenge though 🤪 Thanks for the sub, quite understand the reluctance to watch 🤣

It is a conundrum this time of year. More daylight gives us hope but as you say, weekends can be busy or the weather's atrocious and if it isn't, you come round a corner and bam 💥 sun in your eyes. I love the lanes at this time of year with the bare branches and especially the snowdrops. I go on country bus rides. Don't think I could film them though, the windows are a bit dirty this time of year. Took the 93 from Bude to Wadebridge. Takes about 2 hours and goes to Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Tintagel and a place called Trelili. Excellent name 😊 although someone has got their marker pen out and changed it to Trellis 😂 You're alright though, it misses Delabole 🤣 As you know I was subscriber number three 😊 Another bleddy good video.😘

That bleddy 93 bus left Twinks and I stranded in Crackington a couple of weeks ago. We walked the coast path from Widemouth and planned on getting the bus back. Checked online and at the bus stop, and it should have been there. After standing there for half an hour a girl from the cafe told us it wasn’t running. So after 7 miles of coast path we ended up walking another 3 miles to Wainhouse Corner (no phone signal down the bottom), and were rescued by her sister. “Trelili”? Not heard of that 🤔 I must investigate. Can I get there without going through Delahellhole? 🤣 Thanks Lily 🙏🏻😊

@@Saddlebags73 Delabole is scary. The bus doesn't go there but at every sign post it's there, often in different directions and varying distances away 😱 I felt quite surrounded. It's Trelill and it's near St. Kew Highway. It was nice of her sister to rescue you. I don't know the timetables but I leave that to my son. Bit of a climb from Crackington 🥴

I'm #18 but I expect to see some eating those pasties.😄 When you playing around spinning up the Witch it reminded me doing that when I was 16 in a car to watch the speedometer go up to 90 mph. It was fun until I spun it too long and the car went down the ditch sliding upside down and backwards. I missed a light pole by inches.😁😁

@@Saddlebags73 😄😄 My first car had to have all four tires replaced at 9000 miles, the tire guy couldn't understand how the all four got wore out. I used to have a 1970 429 Ford Thunderbird in high-school that we took bridge jumping at 100 mph at night with lights out. Ironically my Dad gave me the car because I had a head-on collision with a semi truck riding my first motorcycle. You might understand why parents were not too excited to see me pull up in their driveway. 😄😄

Subbed new channel, really enjoy the walking vids, sad that people are so petty that the odd video doesn't meet their desperate needs. I think hippo drones had the same issue with his remote control car vids, absolutely pathetic 😔 I even enjoyed some of exeter riders DIY videos 😂😂

Hi SB, it doesn’t looklike Feb in the vid. No blue skies here just rain and grey. All I can think on that road is the aftermath of cleaning😂. The sun is horrid when so low. Don’t get the unsubbing? Just miss the episode if that’s how feel. It’s definately getting lighter in the evenings. Spinning it up and getting it filthy has reduced the resale by a quid

Good sunny afternoon Jeff strange you say about people unsubscribing when I traded my Enfields in I lost over 350 subscribers within a week I thought wow then I thought I could buy RE stickers and put them over the bmw badges but people would realise it’s a bmw by the TFT 😅😅😅 PS just subscribed to your new channel 👍🏍️

Aye, mate. Winter times are meagre times for the videos, I deliberately taken a step back from the weekly vids parts because my poor PC is struggling, part because I'm not in the right head space at the moment and there isn't much going on what I would enjoy making content about. Yeah, losing subs over a single video, I guess some people want to pull that trigger if they see a video they don't like. - I always enjoyed your walking videos, even though I am a lazy bugger myself and if I can't drive there, I will admire from a far 😁 - so +1 sub to your new channel from me. 🙂

I hope it’s just a winter thing Franky. It’s hard to motivate yourself when it’s so cold and wet. I hope you bounce back when the weather brightens. I get pretty fed up with everything at this time of year. Seems irrational really but there it is 🤷🏻‍♂️ The unsubbing isn’t something I understand but it was probably the push I needed to make separate channel. That lane up by the farm looked pretty icky to me and probably quite challenging to ride. Still, all no problem for SB73 and The Witch. Nice little dig at Exmouth there too 😜 But like you, I wouldn't unsubscribe because of it. Just skip it if you're not interested. Some people eh ? And thanks. Just what I needed. @@Saddlebags73 I'm pretty sure that she does actually dream of rabbits Jeff ! She nearly caught one napping here one day. She managed to get really close to him and was just about to make a lunge for him when he disappeared into his warren. I had a heck of a job getting her away from the entrance after that. I think I had to promise her a sossidge, to get her to leave that poor traumatised rabbit in peace 🤣 At least she doesn't discriminate. Rabbits, cats, birds, lizards, even grasshoppers - she'll chase them all 🥰

Well that is some commute route, SB. Having watched it I am totally undecided which commute route I would choose, your muddy slippery lanes or Noob's snarled up traffic London job. Actually I think I'd stay at home. I think you have made a good decision in starting a second channel for your walk vids although I can't understand why folk would unsubscribe because you slotted a few in on your main channel.

Truth be told, Jim…I have a more direct route home, but when the opportunity to be blinded by the sun presents itself, I’ll take an extended ride. No matter the state of the lanes, I would choose them over a commute through the big bad city. That puts the heeby geebies up me 🫣 I think it’s odd that folk unsub through a vid that doesn’t fit their criteria, but that’s okay. It was probably the push I needed to start a second channel. Walky type vids will be sporadic as the SB channel will always be my main focus. Cheers Jim 👍🏼

ER’s diy vids are a guilty pleasure actually 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m not surprised that some don’t like the walk videos, but not why they would unsub rather than just skip it. That’s okay though, a separate channel makes sense. This channel will always be my main focus. Regarding The Witch, plan is to sell after its first MOT in April, but there’s still time for second thoughts.

I didn't get notifyed of the LGHH vids, I'll take a look. I considered a new channel but I don't think I have the energy for another channel with DIY vids, it's kinda a one off anyway... Well maybe😊 I'll jump in and sub the channel now.

I would never unsub you, however I have subbed several hundreds of channels, so I donot have time to watch all every day. But I think that you as the ovner of your channel should deside what wideo you want to make! My channel is about everything, and I have been sick for a long time now, but my channel is growing, - do not know why. But who cares? I do like your rides through what you call farmyard filth. I'm partial to a bit of a farmyard excursion myself. If you're going to have to wash the bike down anyway, why not get it farmyard filthy and make it worthwhile is my thinking. Strange I know.

Yep, the afternoons/evenings are getting noticeably longer, seems to have happened suddenly!? 'Tis odd how you've lost subs because of the odd 'off topic' video, People are strange creatures sometimes! Ive given a sub on your new channel, TBH I probably won't go there much mind.
